It was beautifully located.

The noise , not the best in soundproof, we stayed on floor 3 below the breakfast room and could hear chairs going backwards and forwards early in the morning

Beautiful clean property, average breakfast included, good room service

Beds one uncomfortable sponge mattress and horrible pillows felt like a blanket rolled in a pillow case, first night no air conditioning, second night was better but room not cool enough. Sleep comfort and air conditioning are the two most important things to us.

Big, clean and beautiful grounds

The pool was for show! Not signposted either to say no one allowed to enter. Hard to explain to people that in 35 degree heat you can sit by the pool but not get in. Also no restaurant in the hotel. You had to walk about 6 minutes to the “hotel” restaurant.

Memorable outdoors area

The pool was not for swimming - just decoration. The spa is a space you pay to use ( sauna, steam room, showers, etc) the sort of thing you get free in many hotels. We were advised we could eat at the Biffy Restaurant up the road except that we found it was closed for two weeks
