Shower pressure in ensuite was awesome. Privacy of property made it feel safe and quiet. Balcony was cool, and the amount of toilets/bathrooms was very handy. Also great having washer and dryer.

Windows need fly screens as house was constantly FULL of bugs. Need ways to cool house down - no a/c or fans as upstairs was very hot.

Location excellent 2min drive to town. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Good starter facilities and well equipped kitchen. Surprise extra space in garage.

Dishwasher makes strange loud noises. Bedrooms small.

Lovely house with all you need for a great holiday. So much room for all the family.

The peoperty was spacious tastefully decorated and clean, the additional space meant everyone could have their own bathroom and there was plenty of play area for the kids.

Great location in Wanaka and walking distance to the lake. The home is new and beautiful. Heating was very good and we had a very comfortable stay.

It would have been nice to have basic amenities provided like soap or shampoo. Wifi was not working.

Master bedroom blinds didn't keep the light out.

First impressions we’re comfortable but a little tired, shabby and lacking in supplies and finish for the price. specific property instructions needed for tv, a wifi password, should gas run out, use of indoor and outdoor fires. labels on dishwasher soap, a plastic container of coffee (?), no sugar, pantry supplies should be fresh, full, labelled and in proper containers We had to purchase shower soaps, dishwash, paper towels, laundry soap, not acceptable at this price Shower slider broken by bunk room, toaster handle broken, TV in bedroom not working with cord hanging down going nowhere, this tv would’ve been enjoyed Having said, we enjoyed our stay, would consider returning and would love the opportunity to bring our small non shedding dog to a secure gated property close to parks and lake

The location. Nice big living area and kitchen. Also having bathroom on lower level also as 2nd level. As had elderparents there.

I just wish the lawns had been mowed and paving sweeped. Also the cushions on outdoor furniture were wet. Need a dry area outside to put cushions in. The bbq was filthy. We cleaned it before using and afterwards
