Check in

The room was in bad shape. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, sliding doors on shower were off track and wouldn’t close causing a LOT of water on the floor. Room was in disrepair and not as clean as it should be

The manager told me that I couldn't use my chime card or cash app but I used my chime credit card to hold the room and had my wife and I waiting for a hour until my wife family members came to the hotel and we was attending a family reunion and they didn't have enough wash rags for my wife and I and the swimming pool wasn't clean had bugs and hair in the pool

The staff was nice and welcoming.

The bath tub and sink were both clogged. The towels in in our room were not clean.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Location was convenient for my stay.

The location is perfect for one night near the airport, but there are other better options, I guess.

staff was not friendly, it took them forever to check me and other couple in (they waited for 30+ minutes to get checked in at night with no line of other people). the person at the reception always got distracted, I waited for him for several minutes just to answer my question while he was chatting about life with a cleaning lady. I also had mould on my coffee supplies (napkins, sugar etc) in my room.

I think the staff was not friendly and the room had a/c issues and when we walked into the room there were still dirty towels in the room from previous guest and had to have the maid service provide new sheets and vacuum the room it was not cleaned when we given the room at check in. Staff and hotel needs a lot work.

The staff was excellent! The room was clean and big. It was amazingly well .convenient to everything

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sink in our room drained very slow to rhe point water was filling up in the sink.

The breakfast was okay wish they had offered pancakes or waffles like other hotels but it was fine.

How we told the people at the desk we needed assistance in our room bc our toilet flooded and then we needed room service for new sheets and we put the sign on our door, left the hotel for hours and came back and nothing was done!

The staff was friendly

I was given an occupied room. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for a clean room. The vents were filthy. I could see the dust and dirt piled up on the vents as I walked down the hallways. The carpet is old and jaded. The linen and furniture is poor quality. I was extremely uncomfortable.
