فندق جميل جدا طاقم الاستقبال جدا متجاوب وراقي . خمة الغرف سريعين جدا الغرفه: مطلة على المارينا ديكور الغرفه جميل سرير مريح ركن القهوة متكامل ....... اللوبي جدا جدا جميل ....... الإفطار جلسات داخليه و خارجية تنوع الإفطار طاقم محترم جدا. ........ فندق جميل جدا بمعنى الكلمه وأنصح فيه وبقوة. اشكر الأستاذ علاء على خلقه وحرصه على راحت النزلاء

Good value for money, compared with other 5 star hotels. Marina area is nice, you can find lots of restaurants. staff very friendly, very good breakfast with lots of choices. every day complimentary water as much as you need. In house Thai restaurant is good, also one of the restaurants that serves alcohol, though very pricey. room is of course very nice, good hard bed because I can’t sleep in soft bed due to back problems.

The distance to the metro station is about 700m according to Google maps. Then we didn’t try with the metro. Took taxi every time because we were afraid of the walking distance to the metro, then maybe not worth if all the trouble. Taxi in Dubai is not too expensive, took 107AED from the airport in the night, day time 92 AED. Hotel taxi is more expensive. Uber is also more expensive than the cream colour taxi.

Good location on the Marina, near to Marina mall and many other restaurants. Spacious room, always kept very clean Good breakfast and dinner, with great variety. Staff were pleasant. Used spa on multiple occasions.

I asked to seat outside during breakfast but staff kept saying there were no tables outside although some of the tables were empty (it is only a small criticism, just would have loved to enjoy my breakfast outside at leat on one of the days)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sowie das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem der Junge am Pool der „Lifeguard“ sehr aufgestellte Persönlichkeit und immer an seinem Posten er hat seine Arbeit sehr gut gemacht! Leider konnte ich Ihm nicht danke an unserem letzten Tag..

Greatly situated hotel, easy access to shopping and taxis, and the great choice of restaurants on the marina.

The pool is tiny, with about 12 sun loungers and only very short slots of sun due to the high buildings around. Don’t stay here if you want your sunbathe. Very disappointing only miserable Nescafé sachets in the room with a kettle:) You’d think they’d stretch to a Nespresso at least for a 5 star hotel!

We were offered 2 rooms to view which was clearly a way to get me to upgrade. I had already paid £1200 for the room and ended up paying £1500. I could’ve stayed at the address for this and had a better view and room size.

The bin in the bathroom had no bag inside of it. I had thrown away old mascara, only for it to be placed on the sink which is absolutely disgusting because it had the germs of all the millions of people who had used that bin with no bag. Also, rubbish wasn’t thrown away from bedroom when room tidied daily even though I left it to aside.

I liked the location, the amenities, the staff (very friendly and efficient) especially Daniel, Adnan and Ramsha, they were unbelievably kind and helpful. The breakfast was great too.

Maybe the room was a tiny bit small for three people but apart from that, I don't have anything bad to say, the exceptional service made up for it.

Location is excellent, metro station is close to the hotel by walk, taxi is available in 1 min waiting period. You can enjoy walking, eating, shopping at the nearest mall as well, doing sport in the morning and evening. It is beautiful area to stay in Dubai

I loved location, variety of café's and restaurant's. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I got upgraded room to sea view marina beach with no extra charge. It is very clean and comfortable. It is recommended to stay for all guests to enjoy sunrise and sunset of Dubai Marina area.

Ristorante Thai all'interno dell'hotel non di qualità rispetto al resto dell'hotel. Mangiato piuttosto male. Tutto il resto eccezionale, vista, gentilezza, pulizia, colazione tutto top.

One thing I did like and will for a long time be remembered is the nice attitude of the breakfast team. I love the smile on the face of Daniel and his speed of service, EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn't forget Deepa the omelets chef. Great guys.

Das Frühstück ist diesem Haus nicht würdig. Komplett rotierendes Personal, ein sehr lauter Frühstückskoch, nur eine Kaffeemaschine, viel zu wenig Tische, lange Wartezeiten, kein Besteck, keine Servietten. Unruhig. Die Auswahl der Speisen war okay.

De kamer was altijd keurig schoon en de medewerkers Nahid en zijn collega’s zorgden ervoor dat het hotelbed kamer top schoon waren. Ook de medewerkers bij het ontbijt en receptie waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam
