Fantastic location walking distances to great venues. Plenty of room for 6 people great size bedrooms and living area. Bathroom and laundry facilities were good.
More kitchen equipment such as teaspoons and crockery and serving tray and oven tray and maybe a coffee machine. The unit was tidy however there was a build up of dust on overhead fans and around furniture and appliances.

The location was just fabulous extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We were met by our hosts and given a tour of the locality pointing out restaurants etc.
Some of the china was chipped and there were no teaspoons. No clean dishcloths.

The location was fantastic. Directly at your door you have a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Super close to the tram and easy to get around the city. We had a the conference at the convention centre and it was really easy to get to using the free tram service. Barrie and Tracey were exceptional hosts and made the check in process personable and easy.

Barrie was an excellent host. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He even took time to give us a tour of the nearby area and services.
Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Heating kept us warm. Location is great and secure.
Our car battery ran down and we were so grateful Barrie helped us without making us feel like we were a nuisance or imposing on his time. Thank you again Barrie!

A great location - we were met on arrival by the owners who showed s around the unit and around the lock area.
The unit is fairly dated - but it has a lot of living space - a good kitchen and easy access from the east end of Adelaide city. Close to Rundle Mall, heaps of restaurants, a short walk to the trams and buses.
The botanic gardens are also just a short walk away.
There were a few little things that we noticed with the unit that we pointed out to the owners in a note when we left but nothing major - it is a great place to stay.

Excellent location in the Eastend with lots of cafes and restaurants close. City centre an easy 10min walk. Apartment was large and comfortable. Perfect for a family or 3/4 friends.

The location was excellent. Easy to get into with vehicle and parking was very secure. Eateries were within very easy walking distance. Our hosts Barry and Tracey made us feel very welcome. Barry took us on a guided tour of the area to point out best places to go. Very quiet with a nice view from the balcony.

The location was great .The owners very helpful. Beds were comfortable
It was tidy but not clean. We removed the cushion as very dirty don't want the grandchildren on them plus ran out of hot water twice. The kettle could be replaced.

Very spacious and great location. also 2 bathrooms is a plus and the ability to wash and dry our clothes.
I wouldn’t say this is a dislike but if the room had a bigger tv with smart tv capabilities that would be amazing for chilling at the end of the night or in the morning.

The location was amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Easy to get around and you can walk most places
The beds were very hard. And the hot water failed - it was rectified by the owner which was great. Perhaps some extra pillows would be good too.

The location is fantastic - very handy for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Parking was very easy and convenient. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer. Apartment is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
The furnishings and kitchen equipment are a bit minimal - but it didn't matter because the location is so good we only really came back to sleep.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. Very spacious. Restaurants/cafes/wine bars literally on your doorstep. But soundproofing is great, as very little street noise. Lovely hosts. Very helpful. Showed us round the area esp where the best coffee was.
Air con/heater doesn't have an adjustable fan speed - so it's either on or off. Would have loved to be able to turn the fan to low. But minor detail.
