Having to pay for parking. Having to climb over bath to show- difficult for elderly.

Breakfast was good value, good staff. Proximity to public transport. Loved the park across the road

Very poor wifi

Very comfy bed. Finding a bathtub in the bathroom was an unexpected luxury. I really appreciated the sliding door to the balcony, which meant I could have fresh air. Despite being adjacent to the elevator, the room was very quiet. Staff were absolutely wonderful! It was lovely to have the parklands directly across the road. As I stayed for over a week, it was great to have access to the in-house washing machines ($7) and dryers ($6). Excellent quality food in restaurant.

No toaster or microwave. No secure access to each level, so anyone can access any floor. Room could be cleaner.

We don’t eat overthere

Our room was very dusty all bedsheets and my daughter and wife have problem from dust but all bed sheets towel have too much dust ,2nd day these all items were clean but not properly clean overall not good experience,,,

Clean and comfortable

We didn't like the cleaning staff telling us we had to be out by 9am. Then telling us she would give us 1/2 an hour to be out. Rude lady!

Our stay at the Terrace Hotel was unexpected, so we were grateful to get a room there. Not knowing anything about Adelaide, the location helped us get our bearings and explore. We loved the fact we could leave a bag at the hotel to pick up later in the week, the staff were extremely helpful.

I think it needs a little revamp, but other than that it was fine.

Restaurant and bar were convenient. Food was good. Room average. Staff were helpful.

3 night stay and room service below par. No extra teabags, hair conditioner. Toilet paper would not flush. Carpet needed a clean.

Overall the accomodation was fine except the bed was only a very small double. Road noise from Sth Tce was very noticeable. Location was great and being Bike friendly was great for us!

I would highly recommend this if your looking for affordable accommodation and happy to catch the free tram into the city...such a lovely clean hotel, park views and friendly staff!

Nice clean and spacious room. Great bathroom. Friendly staff. Very nice to have bar and restaurant on premises. It was too hot (for me) to go outside to look for that.

Very personal opinion: the bar is in the restaurant so not having the atmosphere of having a drink with or without friends.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, location was pretty good.

The rooms are very dated. One of the two lifts was out of service during our stay and this caused long wait times for the lift which was already very slow.
