Ubicación, a pocos metros de la estación de autobuses.
Limpieza de las sábanas/almohadas. Aunque tuviera funda se transparentaba la suciedad de las almohadas. Sin papel higiénico en el WC. Habían hormigas en la parte de atrás de la mesita de noche. Las ventanas no cerraban bien y quedaban descuadradas.

The staff was kind.
The room had no windows and it was extremely humid inside it. (Ventilation did not work well) Also there was mold all over the ceiling... Not sure if this might also have any health issues to it. During the night there were extremely loud noises in front of our door... Additionally the bed was extremely dirty and we had to sleep in our own sleeping bags.

Location wise, foods on every corner. Facilities are good and super friendly staff. Second time staying here. So it recommended

small ants were everywhere. the windows have only one glass, so You can hear every sound from the street. cars, bikes, dogs barkings. we had to sleep with ear stoppers. the internet connection was pretty weak. the shower is just next to the toilet, so after taking shower whole bathroom as well as the toilet is wet.

The hotels location is fantastic, you are a short walk from the bus station and you have plenty of food options!
This room did not have a window and this is not specified on booking.com. I emailed the hotel prior to request a room with a window but had no response.
