The room looks exactly like the pictures and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were wonderful especially Mr. Jo, the grounds were lovely with full of plants and flowers. There were also a cat couple that would roam outside of the grounds.

The bathroom could use a little update like the tiles and shower holder and the dinner meal were a little mild/bland on taste and the creme brulee is a small portion especially for the price you're paying.

There was a draft in my room so I was quite cold at night. However, I did not bring this up with the hotel and I am sure they would have sorted this if I had asked as the staff were extremely helpful.

Was disappointed by the standard of the Dinner I had on Tuesday 25 October. The meat (sirloin beef) was of poor quality although the Yorkshire Pudding was delicious.

We were looking for a cozy hotel where we could have afternoon tea and enjoy cooler weather, and that’s what we got. The hotel is not particularly kid friendly, but they accommodated our 2 young ones fairly well. Our favourite part was having a drink in front of a fire in the pub. We felt transported to the Cotswolds!

The rooms are slightly dated. You cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, so having a car is a must if you want to eat meals in town.

Breakfast was great.

The room was old and traditional if that's what you like.

With the exception of the Reception, the staffs are amiable, accommodating, and friendly. The dining experience was good - the food was delicious. This may make up for the potential loss of revenue should this Accommodation rely on their Reception services which were as chilly as the weather. (lucky we brought along our autumn clothing).

1. The location. Unless you don't mind sleeping with ear muffs or headphones etc, prepare to endure noisy traffic as the property is adjacent to the main road. 2. The after-service. It was a letdown. I had suspected that i had left my sunglasses in the Safebox and had called the next day to enquire. "We will check with the housekeeping and get back to you", which they never did, and i had to call back only to receive, "We called you earlier on but you did not pick up the call" , although my smartphone did not register such a call. Again, I experience the Cameron chill during the communication. The dialogue was courteous, the deliverance was cold. Perhaps they may benefit from some form of formal training on how to handle guests.

Beautiful garden and in door decoration which will remind you of England. Beautiful tudor style building architecture and well maintained after these years. Great food with satisfying portion !

The family suite we stayed was above the dining area and all of us were awake when the table setting up was done in 7am ! There should be better crowd control as there are non staying patreons roam into hotel room area.

The English breakfast comes with beef bacon but traditionally comes with pork bacon. The hotel should have offered a choice of bacon.

The hotel was established in 1935 abs has that colonial charm. the fireplace downstairs at the bar area is lovely. The food is good though.

It’s too expensive for what you get. Whilst I understand that the theme to to keep it old charm but I think a few modern amenities are needed.

It's a 1937 heritage building with a classical feeling while staying in the hotel. The hotel will lead you back to the year 1937, which you can imagine the finest and most comfortable of this hotel when it's opened that year. I also like the English breakfast that is included in the room package. They also have the finest and most decorated garden I have ever seen and if you are a hotel guest. This is a must to visit.

Maybe a brighter light bulb in the room would be amazing. The current light bulb seems ok but it's too yellowish or too soft. Nothing other than that.
