Great location. Very clean and spacious. Loved sitting out in the garden.
Everything was great. Could have used some fans for sleeping at night as it was quite warm.

The rooms are very spacious, and get a lot of sunlight. The garden offers a stunning view on the Alpspitz and surrounding mountains. The chalet is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the town center and multiple trails. The host was very welcoming and professional. Overall a fantastic stay.

Would have liked if the grass in the garden had been mowed. Showerhead was uncomfortable for kids. Kitchen needs a spatula.

Great place. I felt like home away from home. Beautiful building. I appreciated the decorations. In a quiet residential area but walkable to some restaurants and very close to grocery store and backery.
No curtains in living room. There is a privacy fence but lots of light in the night time. Shower could use a new shower head for more balanced pressure. These are very minor things.

Spacious, warm comfortable. Tobias was very laid back and helpful. Groceries, bottle shop and bus stop literally at the end of the street. Free bus service tool you all around town. Also a short pleasant walk into town. Places to eat along the easy. Cannot say enough positive about garmisch and yeti... kitchen stocked with basic items like sauces etc. Beautiful fireplace.
Only thing to be aware is is to check the kitchen utensils before stocking up on food for cooking. Not all items were there but we made do.

Would have liked a toaster and access to a washing machine but didn’t impact on our stay which was excellent

We enjoyed our stay in Tobias’ spacious apartment. We enjoyed our dinners on the patio with a lovely view of the Alps. We enjoyed the many hiking trails nearby. Tobias was a gracious and welcoming host, readily available to help with our needs as they arose. Highly recommend Yeti Lux.

Location, spaciousness, cleanliness, friendliness of the management, ease of checkin and out, and close proximity of shopping and restaurants.
The 2 beds were a bit too low to the ground for our age group (70+). Mattresses were quite comfortable, though, as was the sofa bed.

Very nicely furnished appartment in a super location: quiet, less than 10 minutes walk to the center of Garmisch, grocery shopping 2 minutes.

The property is in a beautiful area, quiet though close to the old town of Garmisch-partenkirchen.
The apartment is spacious and and has a nice outside garden and BBQ. Owner very friendly and quick to react.
It was really mostly perfect except for a few smaller issues like the BBQ being left dirty from previous renters, a few broken things in the kitchen (which were reacted on very quickly by the owner).

The apartment is within 5 minutes walk to Marienplatz with shops, restaurants, etc. A supermarket and bakery are a 2 minute walk down the street. Tobias is very friendly, accommodating and helpful with what to do and see in GAP. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Comfortable and clean with a nice view of the surrounding mountains!
