Great property ... enjoyed the hot tub ... watching the mare and foal across the street ... Loved the big table great for playing cards with the family . Management is wonderful from start to finish ! Thanks so much !

We had an Amazing time !! The cabin was beautiful we stayed in the Red Fern. We would definitely come back again!!

My wife and I stayed at the Red Fern cabin for a quick getaway for her birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had all the comforts and amenities of home. They have YouTube TV, the kitchen is well stocked to include k-cups for the Kuerig. We had an issue with the heat our first night, however it was quickly rectified. It snowed twice and both times there was a crew removing snow from the roads and your driveway. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the heated floors in the basement allows you to warm up quickly when using the tub in the winter. We also enjoyed shooting a couple games of pool, we had to share a cue stick due the other four not having tips. In all fairness, I never mentioned this to the property staff as it wasn’t that important. The only recommendation I have is updating the listing. The listing advertises an arcade game which doesn’t exist. This was no consequence for us, however I would ensure the listing is accurate. We’re talking about possibly returning in the summer or fall.

We love visiting Berlin and enjoy shopping and dining, the location was perfect for that! The cabin was amazing! We look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed our time in Berlin. This cabin was great to spend time in when the shops up town close. We loved the firepit area and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. For us, the house set up was perfect! (Myself, my mother in law and 4 teenage daughters) There is only 1 bedroom that has a closed door on it. 3 Queen beds downstairs & 1 in the loft was great. Plenty of beds and space & the beds were comfortable. The AC unit was very loud for the ones sleeping in the basement but it wasn't something that woke us up through the night. This cabin has the perfect location. Very close to town and easy to come and go. Our coffee maker didn't work the first morning and we were greeted with a new one when we got back to the house that day. Communication with the property manager was great. The kitchen has a large amount of silverware, plates and cups. We are hoping to book this cabin again in the future as we all enjoyed it greatly.

The raven cabin was awesome. We had been wanting to do a girls trip for many years. Now we are all retired we made it happen and this trip was perfect

Everyone was in awe at the beauty of the cabin and the surroundings. It was perfect for our group. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and the hot tub was used many times.

We loved our stay here, great location, beautiful cabin, and a very easy process from start to finish, I would recommend this cabin or company to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Amish Country. We will be back!

The place was nice. We got there around 3:15pm. The place was not cleaned. There were dirty towels in both showers and sinks. Called the rental place and they were very helpful and got someone there to clean the place. We did not check in until about 2 hours later. The downstairs shower is broken and very difficult to turn on and off. Again the rental place was very helpful and was easy to get a hold of and gave us discount.

The cabin was lovely! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right next to downtown Berlin but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Loved the hot tub, fire pit, big beautiful windows, views, showers, beds and pool table!

Our family was in town for one night and picked a great place. The house was spacious and beds very comfortable. Lots of room to sit and enjoy the time there. The only down side was there were quite a bit of flies in the house. We had trouble eating and they were constantly buzzing around us. I’m guessing the previous renter left some doors open. Even with that, we will definitely be back and hopefully renting this same location.

Beautiful property as described. We enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions and things that need fixed. With only 2 bathrooms and 10 people it would have been nice to have mirrors in bedrooms. Pool table had a few issues and convection oven made horrible noise when turned on so we turn it off. No skillets in the kitchen. Hair dry on the first floor had a big crack on it.

My husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I had a great time. The cabin was nicer than the pictures.

Property was clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace and hot tub. It was a little icy but the weather can’t be controlled. It was a fun little get away, the cabin was nice to come back to after exploring the area. I will definitely be back with the girls in warmer months.

Beautiful home, nice hot tub and comfortable bed but living room chairs need upgraded. We had to use couch cushions on top of them to be able to get out of them. Beautiful convenient location. Dishwasher was broken but parts on order. Could use more glasses. Maintenance on outside needs attention. Big home for just the two of us!

A few small repairs need completed. Water leaking on floor, warped floor causing tripping hazard. Air leaking thru bedroom window. Nice and cozy. Would like to see washer and dryer.

Property was exactly as shown. We had a great stay and staff was quickly responsive when we had a small issue ( it was a question on the hot tub).

Location was better than expected. Looks like you are in the country when at the cabin, but only a quarter mile from Main Street Berlin! Dave called on our first day there to see if we needed anything!! Check in and out was very easy. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. 4 very nice large TV’s ! Blinds on all the windows, hair dryer, daily cleaning if you want, and excellent location to Main Street Berlin. Would definitely return!!
