New and cozy hotel. Good deal with price.

Wonderful hotel. Very professional and helpful staff. The laundry service is very efficient, the breakfast is wonderful as well as the restaurant. The room was super comfy and pleasant. There is a large parking and Zhibek Zholy Street is just 15 min walk away from the hotel and 10 min. from railway station.

Breakfast is very good. The location is good. The restaurant is very good and has good prices. Staff is polity and helpful.

The nearest metro station is a 10 minutes walking.

A very comfortable hotel with a helpful English speaking staff. The room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast was a buffet at the hotel's restaurant and was excellent, one of the best breakfasts I have had during my current trip. The hotel restaurant incidentally is very good and reasonably priced. Many of the main sights and restaurants in the city center are about ten to twenty minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms (we stayed in two differet ones) were small and the twin room was no bigger or better than the one with a single bed but charged twenty percent more.

The hotel has quite good location and it's at good price. It has small gym and sauna too.

Staff didn't really speak English - very broken one. Sauna was always booked - they have this strange rule that just one person can book it - not sure why as it's big enough and it would handle more people without any problems. Also temperature was not as finish sauna supposed to have - it was not really hot.

Breakfast was exceptional!

I generally liked the atmosphere and comfort.

the russian guests who were staying in the hotel and who, most often, didn’t know how to behave like other normal people - treating others with respect and not create noise at night.

Facilities are good and modern, room is pretty spacious, all staff you need is in place - bottled water, kettle, fridge, safe box of good size. Comfortable bed

A little bit dusty - on the mirrors and lamps. Wardrobe has strange setup, not enough space to handle all your belongings. It’d great to have more healthy food at breakfast

- single occupancy room turned out bigger than expected, I guess because of wide angle camera the room seems longer and narrow but in reality it’s wider and the bed is also wider😀 - most important for me are bed linen, towels which were perfect, clean and excellent quality. - they gave free 0,5l water each day, which is great for me as for heavy water drinker

Nice ,,clean hotel , close to downtown , malls and shops. People are so kind , smile and co-operative. Rooms are clean and with good value to paid money.
