living room furniture was bad, but other than that loved it!

It was very quiet and family friendly. The location was perfect and the beach view was fantastic.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the front gate, but they were fixing it while we were there.

Location terrific. Grounds well maintained. Parking was good. Swimming pools clean, safe, secure. Condo well equipped. Although call center to report issues was painful, everything was fixed the next day. Ample luggage carts.

Room was tired. Although we'll equipped, it could use an update. Carpet and furniture needs to be replaced. Cleanliness of bathrooms sub par.

The location and view is the best part of this property.

The shower didn’t drain properly, the guest toilet ran, the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work, the tv in the guest room didn’t connect to the network properly. They sent someone to check the shower quickly.

Location is beautiful, pool area is very nice. Landscaping is lovely. Vacasa representatives were helpful on the phone. Beach view was awesome.

The condo, Amalfi A204 needs a complete refresh. Carpets are filthy. Sign by door says remove your shoes, carpet not fit for bare feet. Caulk around tub in bathroom loose and mildewed. Drain has no finish left. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 7 adults/5 days is ridiculous. The mattresses are way past prime. The linens were clean, need new pillows in the worst way. The living room furniture is from the 90's and worn beyond any comfortable seating. I can't imagine sleeping on the fold out couch.The kitchen had 5 coffee cups, 2 glasses, no forks or teaspoons. 1 serving fork and 3 tablespoons were available. 1 lounge chair on lanai had a large dinner plate size hole in it. Screen door was inoperable. Electronic lock on front door had dead batteries and key lock box was missing. It was later found in a kitchen drawer. We discovered by accident that the door was unlocked. We bought new batteries so we could be safe. The family had a great time visiting the Destin area. The Amalfi was lovely. The Vacasa people tried to be helpful. The condo, A 204 was extremely lacking, at best.

I like how the company contacted me throughout the process. Communication was 10 out of 10. If there were any concerns, I had someone at my finger tip. I loved how quiet and seclusive the property was. Not a lot of loud guest or music, or people. Guest respected shared equipment, (like barbecue grill) on the property and cleaned up constantly after themselves.

There were no sockets on the balcony to connect any electrical equipment

The location was great,condo was easy to find. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Nice kitchen, the beds were reasonably comfortable .The condo had plenty of room for a family to stay comfortably.

The condo does need some updating! The carpet is horrible looking! It needs to be replaced badly. The kitchen just needs some utensils, such as forks and spoons. Also there was only one kitchen towel, maybe a few more towels would be great! The balcony needs some new chairs and a table. Maybe,the ones that are there are pretty worn out, but still useable, other than that it's a very nice condo with a gorgeous view of the emerald water.

We loved being across from the beach where the new access is! The condo was very clean upon arrival and had just about everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have the laundry and dish pods to get us started. We swam in both pools and enjoyed them thoroughly! Feeding the fish and turtles was a fun activity for the whole family as well.

The couch wasn’t comfortable (“well loved”) and the dryer had to run twice to dry each load. The assigned parking area underneath needs to be lit even during the day; it is hard to see backing in/out of spaces. Otherwise, everything was great!

we loved the property. The grounds were maintained nicely. The pools were clean. We liked how close the ocean was without being crowded. it was just very peaceful and beautiful

The ease of getting around the grounds. Felt very safe.

My only complaint was I stayed in D-326 and the people above us were so loud it was very annoying.

Loved the location with great view and easy location to the beach where a lifeguard is stationed. Access to pool was also very nice. And of course included parking is a must.

Small things that the host was able to remedy- no broom/dust pan to sweep kitchen floors when we arrived. Nor were there any spoons. Minor complaint is the cooking pans were in bad condition and only a small one was usable so we had to rewash it for every dish in a meal.

The view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach.

The king bed had two deep grooves in it that made sleeping uncomfortable.
