1. The room is too small 2. The broken window. Strong winds and rainfall did go inside the unit. Not enough rugs to wipe the water. 3. Mini ipis roaming around 4. The room is too dim, not enough lights. If you are scared to dark, this place is not for you (this room is the one with dark grey paint with joker frame, just scroll on the pics and you will see it there) do not expect that you are getting the 1st picture 5. Chandelier is kinda scary, as it might fall while you are sleeping. 6. Rusty door knobs

Location good, near SM Mall and Robinson Supermarket. There is also a wet market nearby The electric door knob was not working properly, and I couldn’t open the door, but they fixed it straight away.

The a studio is plenty of small cockroaches, and when I told the lady about it and asked to spray some insecticide, she said that she doesn’t have it. She told me that there is nothing to do but to kill them with the slippers. The kitchen is not well equipped. There are only 2 plastic plates and 2 plastic cups, damaged, 2 forks, 2 spoons and one knife. Only a microwave, a kettle and an old rice cooker. No stove. The cabinets are broken. The studio really needs some work

Good localization Nice views from higher floors Free WiFi Fridge Good water pressure (I tried 2 different rooms and changed second room for the first one because of the low water pressure) Air Condition

A LOT OF cockroaches, that was a terrible experience to fight everyday with 10-20 of them, every single they were coming next ones, that was the biggest minus for the whole staying there, despite of infos that there are Pest controls, I guess not every room and not so responsible AT ALL. Unacceptable. Next horrible thing was the bathroom floor were tiles had holes in the connections, it was just old and nobody took care of it for a looong time. Because of that we had flies which were living there in that cracks/slits between tiles - it was so much insanitary & unhygienic. It has to changed and renovated as quick as possible, its very unhealthy.

I love the place, near in everything. Malls,MRT etc. The room smells good and its clean. How I wish they have induction stove but all in all our stay in here was exceptional.

The host provided toiletries and complete kitchen equipments which was super handy. Aside form that, the location is near a lot of malls so we really enjoyed walking to different places.

we had problems with the shower but the host was kind enough to fix it up for us. The bed was a lil squeaky and uncomfortable but it was nice nonetheless.

All I can say is the room is really dirty even the bed

It was too dirty. We couldn't even sleep. It was very different from the picture, and there were a lot of cockroaches.
