Great location and a very clean apartment. Facility was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed our time very much.

Perfect location in middle of Grace Bay. Walk to shops and restaurants. Went during spring break but never felt crowded - never had an issue finding chairs on the beach or pool. Unit very clean and housekeeping was great. Well stocked with little things like detergent for laundry, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Even coffee for the coffee maker. The view is amazing and you can step out onto the beach from the patio. Would 100% stay here again.

We’re holidaying on Middle Caicos - also VRBO - but wanted a night in Provo to settle in after flight and before Ferry to North Caicos, so we wouldn’t be rushed and that we could stock up on groceries. Villa renaissance was ideally located with everything a short walk away. Apartment is very nice and view and location excellent.

This condo was perfectly located to shopping and dining. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside to this condo is the master bedroom did not have a view of the ocean and the master bath had a tub/shower combo. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

Unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Had a fantastic view of beach from our unit. Was quiet and very relaxing. Can’t wait for our next visit! Would highly recommend.

We love Villa Renaissance! This was our 7th stay at VR but our first in Villa 103. Our view was incredible from the room, the bed was great and we appreciated the robes provided. They supplied coffee for us which was also a nice touch. The room was updated, well appointed and clean. We were very happy with 103 and highly recommend this unit. We love Villa Renaissance and won’t stay anywhere else. The location is perfect, the grounds are well kept and there’s always chairs by the pool and beach available. The front desk staff is always helpful for dinner reservations or any need we have - Deeja and Novi are both friendly and helpful. We spend our days here on the beach and Wilfred got us set up every morning, he’s the best! Sheldon took care of us during the day and was great too! We will be back for our 8th time next year and we can’t wait!!❤️

We absolutely loved the condo and Villa Renaissance. The condo-hotel was so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. It was the best of both worlds - there is an outdoor bar at the pool where you can order drinks and food (food is from nearby restaurant Blu). Wait staff comes around the pool and beach taking orders too. But without a restaurant on site, the area remains quiet and calm. The condo is pristine, very well appointed, great kitchen. You literally walk off the patio directly to the beach. The back of the condo faces the pool; everything is so close. Villa Renaissance shopped and delivered groceries for us before our stay. The whole experience could not have been more perfect. We will be back!

There is nothing wrong with this unit. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our issues started when we arrived on property after a long day of travel and we had to wait 45 minutes for somebody to show up and let us in the unit. Some random guy finally let us in because he felt bad we had been waiting so long. On day 5 of our stay we asked the beach attendant to set up our chairs and umbrellas as they had the previous 4 days. On this day he told us we couldn’t sit where we asked him to put our chairs. He kept saying “I told you yesterday you couldn’t sit there”. We had never spoken to this man. He told us we had to go to the corners of the property. After calling the manager he ended up letting us sit exactly where we had been the previous days. The manager of the property later showed up and said that a very large building is being built next door and they are trying to keep ahold of their beach front property because Grace Bay is a public beach and anybody can sit anywhere they want to. If we sat at the corner Of the property that is helping Villa Renaissance to establish their boundaries. So in essence anybody can come and sit in front of Villa Renaissance but people like us who paid over $10,000 for two units for a week stay are told where they have to sit. I don’t want to have to argue with the beach attendant about where I can and cannot sit on the beach. I don’t want the property manager showing up in front of my beach chair to explain why he was adamant I had to sit in a specific spot. That doesn’t work for us. We were completely turned off by this situation and will not be back. You’ve got to find a different way to keep ahold of your beach front. Telling guests where they have to sit isn’t the answer.

Great property. Would highly recommend for young families. Accommodations were great. Tons of activities on-premise - beach, pool, gym, tennis, pickleball - and property is located in the heart of Grace Bay with easy access to local shopping & restaurants.

VR is the perfect location on Grace Bay! The condo was perfect with way more extras than expected. I could’ve packed a lot less because they provided so much! Gorgeous views, walking distance to so much, and the housekeeping service were so nice! It’s nice not to have to worry about washing beach towels and towels like in so many rentals!

Front desk staff were also readily available to help make reservations, call for a taxi and to answer questions. Absolutely no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Renaissance. Great staff. Wonderful location.

We were 2 couples looking for a getaway to T&C. We found this property and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could want. We were centrally located to walk to many locations or a short cab ride away. The staff was great and easy access to the beach. We are already looking to book there next year.

We stayed at the property in early March. The rooms were well cleaned although a bit dated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so we slept well.The bathroom could benefit from a remodel as the shower doen't work efficiently and the cracked tile has been poorly recaulked. The location and beach is amazing. Overall the property is well maintained, the staff extremely friendly(although running on island time) and the location is superb. A little modernization and the property would be 5 star!

The beach and unit were exactly what was portrayed in the listing. The staff was amazing! From making check in a breeze to helping secure dinner reservations they were always there with a smile and great recommendations. We will definitely be back to visit again!

This location is perfect. We could walk to everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, gift shops, bars). The unit was well equipped and we loved being on the first floor. We opened the huge patio door and stepped right out to the beach. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is the spa is not a hot tub - the water is cold (which was disappointing). If we ever go back to T&C we will definitely stay here again!

Walk 20 min east and you come into a beach filled with shells - go the other way and you find snorkelling off the beach. You have loungers with umbrellas on the beach allowing you to have sun or shade. The booking process was easy, communication fantastic which make you start your holiday off right. This property is exactly what we were looking for - clean, friendly, beachfront, and walkable to shops and restaurants. We had such a relaxing vacation here! The condo was perfectly equipped for the two of us and was incredibly comfortable; we slept super well on the bed (always a must have!), and we loved waking up and walking right out onto the beautiful patio to look at the ocean and have our morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped, the wifi was great (even on the beach), the TV had plenty of channels for my boyfriend to veg out, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. And, despite being on the first floor of a condo building, we didn't hear footsteps or any noise from other residents! The easy access to restaurants was great, as we didn't want to rent a car - we had no problems finding whatever kinds of cuisine we wanted within walking distance. There were also fun little knick knack shops and adventure booking places nearby, and across the street is a pet adoption center where you can volunteer to walk the pups in the morning, and socialize them in the afternoon. It was wonderful! Overall, this condo was exactly as represented and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Turks.

It was my birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Unit 103 is so perfect ! Location of unit to beach so close I never wore shoes. We are diffidently coming back next May. Thanks villa Renaissance for be such a great property ! Macy

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Villa Renaissance in Villa 103. This villa is perfect in every way! First of all the location of Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay Beach couldn't be better. It is a 25 min beach walk from Club Med and a 30 min beach walk from Beaches, which pretty much puts it at the center of Grace Bay Beach! It is walking distance to everything you need; loads of restaurants, even Coco Bistro; Graceway Gourmet grocery store; a wonderful French bakery near Caicos Cafe; and shops. The oceanfront view from the villa was superb; we enjoyed our breakfast and lunch every day on our patio looking at the beautiful beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all the cooking supplies one would need. They even had a small cooler so we could bring cold beverages to the beach with us each day. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and it was great to have a second full bath. The staff were all very friendly and eager to assist in any way. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and hope to return ourselves some day soon!

Villa Renaissance is a delightful place on a nice stretch of beach in Grace Bay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you are a night owl or like the party scene, you will be out of place here. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and cleaning staff was friendly and kind. Not the best walking beach but that’s the entire beach not VR’s issue. The views from this location are breathtaking.
