Very clean. Large. Kitchen has everything you need. Great spot for family! We loved it!

This is a great house! I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and this house was very clean and well cared for. It was stocked very well with everything we needed and more. The backyard was great for our dog as it was fenced and well taken care of. The kids had a great time at the pool and the neighborhood was nice as well. Brandy was very accommodating and helpful as we worked out the details of our reservation. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing house with lots of room

We love staying here! The layout was perfect for our family. The home was clean, warm and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The backyard was fabulous and we spent most of our time there. Location is very convenient. Probably the best home we vacationed.

I can't say enough good things about this property!! It was everything the listing claimed it to be and more! There is a small room under the stair filled with stuff for the kids. Utensils and flatware just for kids. The place itself is absolutely beautiful! The decor and furniture was perfect. It was immaculately cleaned. TV's in every room and in both family rooms. BUT CAN I TELL YOU ABOUT THE BEDS!! SO SO SO COMFORTABLE!! It is in an easy accessible location too. Not super busy but a quick trip to get anywhere. We loved this place. We will be back!

WOW! The home was beautiful, well decorated and very family friendly. The hot tub was nice to come home to after a day hiking. Kiddos enjoyed the pool across the street and the playroom under the stairs (such a cute idea) was a big hit with the little ones. Kitchen was well stocked. They even thought of the doggies with water/food bowls :) Can't say enough about this place...best vacation home we have stayed in and there has been many. Thank you we will be returning

Perfect location,tastefully decorated, kitchen had all the cooking utensils, dishes , pots and pans that we needed, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was cleaned the out door fireplace was a great gathering place! Plenary of room to spread out, Everything was well maintained and clean

We really enjoyed our stay in this property and wanted to rent it next January 2023, but they have tripled the rent making the property way too expensive for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It is in a nice area and is close to biking and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Easily slept 7 guys for a week. Could have fit plenty more. Management company responds to requests within the hour. Had some hot tub issues in which they worked quickly to resolve. House was well stocked with garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc; lots of things that other houses skimp on. Easy access, beautiful house, good communication, easy check in. Will be coming back.

The house is very clean, lots of space, and is located in a quiet subdivision. Great spaces both in the house and in the backyard. Convenient to local grocery stores and restaurants. Excellent communication and easy check in/check out. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was Great, except for the Parking Issues; Parking for 4 trucks & trailers was almost impossible at this property. The Bed was one of the best ones we have ever had; Very comfy

In a time of Covid it was clear the home had been thoroughly sanitized - precautions that were particularly important to us.We did have one small issue, but a simple text and the property team was prompt in getting it solved. They were a breeze that immediately set us at ease that it would be taken care of and we could turn our attentions back to vacation.The house is definitely designed for families, including a cute area for younger children. Evenings on the patio were a special treat. Washington is a great location. Close enough to dining in St. George but easy access to Zion and the parks.We are very happy with our choice and grateful for the opportunity to hold our reunion in this lovely home.

Trailhead Vacation Rental was better than the listing described. When it says "Fully Stocked Kitchen" they really mean it. There was even an instant pot. The beds were clean and comfortable. The community was freeway close. The pool is right across the street and we spent a lot of time there. The private hot tub was perfect. It was the perfect spot for a family reunion. We will be returning!

My family and I had an amazing time at Brandy’s house. Her house is amazing! It’s beautiful and clean and she provides everything you need including plenty of cooking utensils. Her home is very large and accommodated our family. The backyard was spacious and had a space for our dog to run around. The house was close to the lake, convenience stores and grocery shops. We had an amazing time. I would recommend this home to anyone.
