Good location. Easy access to food and night markets.

I booked and paid for two rooms Apartment for 5 adults for 3D2N. 1 room with 2 double beds & the other room with 1 double bed. The Apartment assigned to us was two small rooms with 1 queen size bed for each room. There were 2 single beds placed in the living/dinning room. The Apartment is not well maintained. One of the bathroom with water leaking from the wash basin and air-conditioned drainage pipe and a bucket is provided to collect water. Some electrical on off switches are so high up that we need to use the broom handle (broom provided) to switch on & off. Some electrical items are not functioning. Tablewares and dinning chairs provided are for 4 persons only. Cushion for sofa already weared off, just like sitting on wooden chair. Light Infront of our unit is not working. For refund of Security Deposit as specified in the terms and conditions will be refunded after 1 day check out but I need to request for refund on the fourth day. Luckily I still can recall to request for refund of Security Deposit!!!!!

Strategical area

central location, large apartment, free parking

Very basic crockery & cutlery. weekend nights horrendously noisy until 4am. Tumble dryer had no power socket to plug it in.

Location is good and good service from staff to follow up during check in/out. Free parking with security surveillance.

Ceiling aircond is not functioning, but since still got one aircond at other side of the room, so still ok not so hot.

There are 2 double beds , more than enough for 2 of us . Location is in the middle of the new town . Just awesone

near to street food area

Firstly, there are only one cup in the house which is inconvenient for people staying there considering the house is for more than 4 people.

Strategic location, walking distance to great eateries. Has 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, very spacious and clean. Free WiFi. Came with washing machine, too. We really like the place.

Soundproofing. Eventhough all windows are shut but can hear very noisy people from the street below. Those irritating motorbikes and cars revving up their engines past midnight could be heard, quite annoying. Driving up the narrow and tight multi level carpark.

Good location

this unit located is in the town, easy access to local eateries and shops. the building car park entrance is under construction but we got a help from The building management staff, an Indian man guide us to enter from other entrance to the car park. overall is pleasant stay for short trip.

the car park for the unit is at level 7, have to drive many level up for parking. The unit provide with basic amenities, quite spacious can fit for 6person but only provide 3 cups for guest. The air cond noise in the living room quite annoying at night.

Whatapps respond is very slow. Wifi connection is not solve.

View is great. Check in procedure is easy.

Don't expect a deluxe penthouse. Would rate it 3 star. Kitchen basically not existing. No power plugs in the bathrooms. Everything was basic. Loud noise from the rooftop ACs in the morning.

The mattress is uncomfortable.. Verry soft
