Location was good. Not much else.
It is a separate 2-bedroom house.
There is a washing machine but it is very primitive. It's not automatic, it can only rotate and add water.
There are 2 air conditioners, one for each bedroom. In living room air conditioner was broken and it was very hot.
The house looks very old and very dirty. Very cheap materials were used to built everything in it.
You can stay there to save money, but you will not feel comfortable in there.

Great location. Friendly and attentive host lives next door. “The Fab” just about a block away opens at 6:00 am and has great coffee and short eats.

I'm a repeat guest at this aparrment.when ever i'm in colombo i would like to rent this apartment as it is easy access to heart of colombo.the owner is very helpful and nice.the apartment has 2 bed rooms,kitchen with dinning facility, a wash room and a sitting room.highly recomended!

This is a very comfortable full furnished house. 2 rooms with big bed in both. Kitchen with all needed dishes. Washing machine also included and it's very rarely for Sri Lanka :)
Wifi with really good speed. Great landlord, which can help you with any question.

The apartment is very nice, location 2 minutes from the sea, air conditioning in all rooms, and a quiet and beautiful balcony, the owners are very nice and just want to help, very good value for money.

The host was extremely friendly and kind, they arranged our pick up and even let us check out later than the expected time. The villa was so clean and nice to stay in for a family, location is exceptional with nature all around, and just 5 mins walking to the beach. Loved it!

The tenant and myself experienced harsh times in pricing, because in my tab it showed as $36 and in the owner's tab, it showed as $40, and to solve the issue booking.com asked for bank statement, but I paid in cash.

Washing machine is out of order, sofa uncomfortable, living room too small and only one toilet. Also during our 05 days stay no cleaning service was given.

This apartment is very close to the beach and also to the galle road.it is very compact and consists with 2 bed rooms. The apartment is completely air-conditioned and consisted with a nice small kitchen. The open sitting area is very practical for chilling outside. This apartment is even ideal for a family.the owner is very helpful and even he allowed for a late checkout. Thank u.
