We came up to move our son into his dorm. It was very nice to have a garage to park our two cars that were loaded with supplies. The house was very clean and well stocked. Location was good although construction made it a bit tricky at first coming in, after we got used to it we did ok.

Nice and quiet neighborhood next to Centennial Park. Great mountain biking all around and easy to get to other rides via I-49. Two car garage, great living/kitchen/dining for gathering. Well stocked in the kitchen for cooking. Three good sized bedrooms. Very comfortable and we plan to book next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay and being so responsive to our needs...

We loved this property. The location was great. The property big enough to accomodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. It was well stocked with all of the necessities and many extras that you don't normally expect - coffee, water, snacks. We arrived late, and this meant we didn't have to stop on the way in to pick up what we needed for coffee and water the next morning. We will definitely book this property again when we are in town to watch the Razorbacks.

This property was in a great location to go to the Gamecocks/Razorbacks game (5mins or so). It was close to everything we needed and a short Uber ride to downtown. Clean inside, comfortable beds and a great place to just hang out with friends. Will stay here again if The 4 Horsemen from SC come back around!

We drove 6 hrs with 2 cars stuffed to fill a dorm room. We loved that the house had a garage that we could park in overnight. The house was comfortable and close to everything. PS my daughter loved the pieces of candy in the snack bin. Hit the spot.

This is our third time staying at this house and it is always perfect! Such a great location! Just minutes from campus! Owners are such lovely people and this house is so well stocked! Will be back again for move in!

The Hogzone was perfect for graduation! It is a great location. We did a lot of cooking and found spices and everything we needed. The garage is a plus! The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend Hogzone!

Perfect for football weekend! There are stairs- to main level and again to bedrooms- so keep that on mind. Close to stadium and everything you need.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay while we were here visiting family! The place was clean and spacious and had lots of nice extra touches! They provided, snacks, coffee, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
The only reason I put 4 stars on accuracy was that there are two flights of steep stairs that you have to go up to access the place. I think this should be clearly mentioned on the vrbo site for people who may have mobility issues. Otherwise, it was perfect! Thanks for a great experience.

Great place for a visit to UA
We were there to move our daughter into her dorm at the UA. The property was fantastic. It was convenient, clean and a great location relative to Fayetteville/UA. We will stay there again.

Second visit
We visited in June for orientation and booked soon thereafter to stay again for move in. The house is very nice, clean, decorated perfectly (for Razaorback fans) And is minutes from the campus! We will book again! Owners are also lovely!

Lovely townhouse
This was the best vacation rental we've stayed in. The furnishings were high quality and there were many thoughtful items, including bottled water in the fridge, ice, complimentary snacks, laundry soap, etc. Our family stayed for several nights while in the area and it had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the Hogzone at Blackstone (it almost turned this Californian into a Razorback fan 😀).

Beyond Expectations
The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The garage is great for 2 cars with plenty of room. The dominos made for a great family game night at the large kitchen table. We will definitely book again!

4th of July Holiday
We went to visit our son who attends UARK and had a wonderful stay. Glenn was an excellent host and communication was great. Condo met all our needs. Very clean! Convenient location to everything! Just a small note, this location is 3 levels with stairs with the garage being on ground, living and kitchen on 2nd level and all bedrooms on 3rd level. Just wanted to mention as it may be difficult for elderly. No complaints what so ever! We would stay here again.

Very nice place and a great value. This property has everything you could possibly need. So much more comfortable than a hotel stay and perfect for anyone wanting to be a short drive from campus. Newer, super clean property.

Great house!
We rented this house for UA orientation and it was perfect! Super close to campus, clean and decorated perfectly! Had more extras like towels and toiletries that many houses do not provide and the owners were so friendly and accommodating! Looking to rent again when we move out son into his dorm in August.

Awesome time!
Wife and a group of fins travelled up for a weekend trip of shopping and fun. This house was just perfect. Actually had some questions during checkin and owners where extremely helpful with super fast response. An overall great experience! Very highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! We will definitely be back! Condo had everything we needed even some bottled water, coffee, and snacks! Owners were really fast to get back to you with any questions.
