Lo único malo, el ruido. Pero se soporta bien

Excelente ubicación, bastante céntrico, fácil de llegar, cerca de supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia. Cuenta con una cocina pequeña pero super funcional.

A veces se escucha a otros vecinos a través de las paredes, por lo que algunas veces puede ser molesto.

Facilidad check-in y cercanía al centro.

Habitación muy pequeña con la cama incrustada entre la pared y una columna que impedía subir a la cama normalmente, solo se accedía por los pies.

Praticidade e localização

O sistema não funcionou muito bem para registrar os documentos de meus acompanhantes. Como não há funcionários no local, isso atrasou nosso check-in. Foi resolvido.

El alojamiento en si está estupendo por el precio que tiene, y para dos o una persona es suficiente para vivir.

Lo que no me gusto mucho es que se escuchaba mucho cada vez que abrían puertas de al lado y tiraban de la cadena o se duchaban. No se escuchaba voces ni nada solo que cuando abrían la puerta de al lado parece que abren la tuya, por lo demás todo bien.

Acomodação muito bem organizada. Bem no centro histórico.

The small apartment and the whole building can be cozy and i actually think it has potential if it gets a little more love by the landlord. Great location.

The whole building had a weird smell, we even had to buy a air freshener for that, since it was unbearable in the studio. The cleaning is not so good. We founds two cockroaches. And the kitchen utensils like the frying pan looks like it is 18 years old. The little fridge is practical, however during the night it makes some noises that if someone is easily awaken, its a bad thing. The isolation was also not so good, i think its something they also need to improve. We could hear some making love sounds as if we were on the scene 😂 (nothing against making love tho). I truly believe if the apartment gets some more love and attention it can become a cute and comfy space to be in.

It was a clean studio. Very quiet. Good location. Comfortable bed Good artificial lights

The studio offered an upgrade which is misleading. My upgrade was to a larger space however with no window and artificial lighting. All the photos show bright rooms with windows and natural light. The studio upgrade is not worth it. I felt cheated by the upgrade offer.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was horrible. it’s listed as having a kitchen but it barely has any equipment to be listed as one. the key didn’t open the front door could only be done by the phone. Could hear everything from the room next door.

it was not the room shown in the pictures, there were cockroaches all over the floor, people in other rooms were blasting music throughout the night and when i googled the dodgy looking bar downstairs it turned out to be a brothel which explains the shifty looking men constantly hanging around outside

the bed was not comfortable, in the room number 6. Something is wrong with it. There were no plugs in the room. It is important and a reason to stay not again ventilation is connected to lighting which is not fair It is summer and we need to cool the space

Very clean room, and the location was fine...although this was my first visit to the city and so I didn't know where might have been 'better'. The facilities offered in the room (kitchenette, fridge etc) helped make it feel more potentially comfortable. Can't comment on the TV as I didn't use it at all. Plenty of storage space too. Handy enough for cafes, minimarkets, pharmacies and so on. Quiet street at night too.

Three main things were not to my satisfaction. 1) The door to the room from the corridor did not look or feel the most secure, so I felt I had to hide my valuables any time I left the room. However, the location did not seem in any way 'dodgy', but thieves are opportunists. Plus the room is in a building shared by private apartments so it just felt odd. 2) This 'digital key' system. I know that being a hostel within a private apartment building it is not staffed, but the idea of keys on your phone...? Again, not comfortable with that. There were three separate doors to negotiate, with a digital key for each. The first worked into the building, the second wasn't needed into the wee room with the 'check-in machine' 'cos that door was left open, but the third to get into my actual accommodation did NOT work, and upon arriving late at night this was a worry, especially with no staff to help. However, a phone call to a helpline resulted in an eventual remote activation. Inconvenient, and worrying. 3) Now THIS is my big complaint. Whilst travelling to the city from my previous location I was called to be forewarned that during my first night there would be no water supply to the room due to necessary works in the building. "Not ideal", I thought, but fair play for calling to inform me. As it happened, there WAS water that first night, but the following day it was cut off and was not on again during my four day stay! At no point did anybody call me again to check the situation, nor did anyone respond to my messages (via Booking.com app). So, I essentially had three days and nights of no water to wash, shower or flush the toilet. No one thought to offer an alternative room in one of their other facilities, or to even provide bottled water for drinking. On my last day someone messaged to say they had tried calling, but couldn't get through. No evidence of that.

The location is good. The price is perfect, and remote opening and check-in are fine, though navigation could be better.

The place is less comfortable than it seems in the photo, there is really bad sound isolation, and the bed is not that comfortable as well.

The bed was ok and comfortable.

I had warned the staff that I would arrive VERY late. When I got there, it was not possible to open the door of the facilities following the instructions I had been provided. It was VERY hard and took very long to contact anyone for help. I reached next door out for assistance, and a prostitute opened the door!

The staff/ particularly maintenance and cleaning staff were so lovely and helpful. They were also hard working, dedicated and kind. The check in system which is brilliant and the particular way it is set up feels very safe. Location is a few minutes stroll to the pedestrianised zone leading toward all the shops and Plaze Mayor and the beautiful historic area is a few minutes walk. Great for long stays.

It was a great value. We had an issue with the room and they fixed it in a timely manner. Salamanca has many beautiful accommodations in the heart of the old town - although far pricier for a long term stay. For the short term there are orher properties right in the heart of the town with beautiful views. Comparison shopping - I would choose to pay a bit more for a short stay unless the price is far steeper. For a longer stay is was good.

Our room was ready for the time we arrived and the girls at the customer service phone take kindly care of us ,explaining the way that we can get access to the building I highly recommend it
