We loved staying here! The house was a beautiful and spacious house that was perfect for me and my 7 friends. The pool and the rooftop was a great place to hang out when we were not at the big dining room table playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more with coffee, filters, spices, cleaning products and paper products. We loved this house and we HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

A group of 8 ladies (including myself) stayed at this home during a fun and relaxing week of vacation. Many extra bonuses were a big hit for us, like 2 Beach chairs per room so we didn't have to spend money at beach clubs every day. And we were able to cook many meals ourselves in the well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time I needed to reach out. Very enjoyable property.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very comfortable and great for a large family. Host was easy to reach. Wifi could be better but we are on an island:) Lication was wonderful for us but we like things mellow:)

Casa Sienna Lia is fantastic! Located in a convenient area away from the rush of the island, but close to everything. The Punta Sur area is wonderful if you don’t like the mega resort atmosphere. Jaclyn is quick to answer questions but her home is perfect for up to 8 people.

We love our week here. The sound of wave in the morning. We enjoy everything in the house. Nice kitchen. The rooftop is awesome for sunset drink. And the pool is perfect with kids. There tons of toys for pool and beach. We didn’t have to buy some. There is good beach chairs and umbrella and cooler as well. So you can go anywhere on any beach. We rented a golf cart the hole week. But you can easily walk to KIN HA beach resort and many restaurants as well. The communication with Jaclyn is amazing. We hope to be able to come back soon to this paradis house.

We had the best time on Isla Mujeres! This location is wonderful to walk to so many things and yet nice and quiet. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The three upstairs bedrooms that had the same view allowed for all three couples to get a great room.

The property was perfect. It was very clean and came with two cleanings for the week. We were a group of 8 and there were plenty of plates/tools/pots in the kitchen. The beds were insanely comfortable! The view from the top floor is amazing and the pool/courtyard area was fun and beautiful. This is our third time to the Island and the check-in process was the best yet! Super easy and clear! We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Loved our trip to Isla Mujeres. This house is perfect for a quieter location, yet easy to get to the hustle and bustle of centro or downtown. Loved being able to see both the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. House was clean. Fresh and cozy towels were appreciated. Thankful for the provided coffee, tea and water. Jaclyn was accessible whenever I had a question about the property or the island. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! It was perfect. It was incredibly clean and the air-conditioning kept it nice and cool for us. The yard and pool were great. We spent lots of time there. We enjoyed time on the roof with the amazing views. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the island.

This was our first time to the Island. We loved the location of the house. We could walk to the Ruins every day. The house was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable beds and big bedrooms with bathrooms. I would recommend this home to everyone. Jaclyn was very responsive when we contacted her.

We had a truly amazing visit at this property! It’s wonderfully maintained and BEAUTIFUL. It is well stocked with anything from a baby monitor, to olive oil, and everything in between! The owner/host is extremely pleasant to deal with and very responsive. The location is fantastic as well. Located on Punta Sur, and walking distance to several worthy restaurants. We can not wait to return to this fabulous home on our next trip! 10/10!!

Jaclyn was a wonderful host who was very easy to communicate with a has a beautiful house with a lot of very thoughtful accessories for guests to use. (The beach chairs were so great to have access to) The place fit our family of 9 very well. Beautiful rooftop deck for sunrise and sunset! Each bedroom has their own bathroom and very comfy beds (some of the bathroom sinks had problems draining, but not a huge issue) Kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals. Location was new for us as we are used to staying more in the north end or mid island, but it is close to a lot of good activities, restaurants, and beach clubs. I’d say a golf cart is a must for this location, but there’s ample secure parking for two carts. There was a beautiful little kitty who we made Overall, nobody in my family had any real complaints about Casa Sienna Lia. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Villa Sienna Lia was truly a dream stay. The pictures do not do justice to the care and thoughtfulness of every architectural detail. The artful tiling, beautiful lighting, perfect archways, lovely brickwork, acoustics, and tasteful decor, and incredibly thoughtful hosting. Every detail was thoughtfully provided for our stay. There were beach chairs, beach toys, beach bags, beach towels and coolers. We had anything and everything we might need for cleaning, including laundry. The kitchen was very well appointed. If we had had small children there was access to high chairs, a stroller, and safety gates. There were floaters for the pool and special aervingware for the poolside experience. It was professional level care. And Nina as a hostess was very responsive and attentive. Honestly the hosting was so impressive that it’s distracting me from the fact that the home was so spacious and the location is perfect. We wanted private and tucked away which is exactly what we got! Plus the south end of the island is the most narrow so we got to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises from the rooftop. The balconies offered us lovely sunsets too. We had the incredible experience of watching a full moon rise over the ocean one night while simultaneously watching the sunset. The very special rooftop terrace was our perfect setting for this wonder.

We rented the house for a week of Fishing and Birthday celebrations with friends. The house is absolutely fabulous and totally stocked with everything. We had one little issue and Jacyln worked quickly to resolve it. The pool was great, the house set up was great for our group of 8, we enjoyed cocktails on the roof. We enjoyed the quieter end of the island and the beautiful views from the roof top. We even had a private chef over one night for a dinner and it was just perfect. This is a great house and I would recommend for groups!! Easy golf cart parking too!

The house is perfect. Enough privacy for everyone and equipped with everything you could need. We even used the rooftop grill! The views are incredible and the neighbors are quiet. Highly recommend. The host is very responsive as well.

Property on the quiet side of the island with lots of privacy. Lots of space for our group of 6 SCUBA Divers, could comfortably fit 8 people. The pool was a popular place to crash in the afternoon after an active morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals. Owner was available if we needed anything and was helpful in getting information about the island. Since it is as far from downtown as possible (good thing) golf carts are a must have.

We had a wonderful week at Jaclyn’s property. The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. We loved staying at the south end of the island and motored all around in our golf cart. Jaclyn was responsive and available if we needed her. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a group of 4 couples and still felt like the house was too big! We gathered around the pool, in the main room of the house, or on the roof top and it felt like we had 3 completely different houses. Communication with the host was top notch. She even offered suggestions for a doctor to administer Covid tests at the property. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of a few great places and plenty of peace and quiet

Property is just as described, and so much prettier in person! Great location away from the busy north side. Jaclyn was super responsive and answered any and all questions we had. We would definitely recommend Casa Sienna Lia.

We stayed for a week for our first time on Isla, this house had everything we could need. Tons of space , a wonderful pool, and amazing views from the rooftop. We grilled steaks one day up there and enjoyed a magnificent view while my kids played on the swings. We had a few minor issues, my daughter locked herself out of her bedroom, and a ceiling fan issue. Both times we were met with prompt service that resolved the problem quickly. The house is extremely secure, and has a gated entrance for golf cart parking. Walking distance to El burracho burro and kin ha. I took pictures on our last day so it's a bit messy but I wanted to show a travelers perspective.

Casa Sienna Lia was absolutely perfect! Jaclyn was a wonderful and attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much!

This is an amazingly beautiful property. The only noise in the mornings is from the roosters and peacocks in the neighborhood. The outdoor spaces are inviting and well equipped with numerous lounging options. The air conditioning units are efficient, helping the room cool quickly. The beds are comfortable; I've had some overly firm beds on Isla Mujeres before so this was a welcome change. I was pleased that this property has carbon monoxide detectors for safety. We were very comfortable during our week and would stay at this property again.

The owner was wonderful to work with. She is super responsive and did everything to assure we were comfortable. The house is beautiful and every detail was thought of. We loved having access to bikes and beach chairs. Make sure you take a night to grill and spend time on the roof top deck. Thank you for an amazing time!
