My family and I loved our time at the cabin! Great location, enjoyed the hot tub, my kids loved the swing, the games and fire place. Perfect for a family get away

Best cabin I have stayed at in Idyllwild and we have stayed at quite a few. Everything was as it should be. Only minus is the paperwork but I imagine this keeps the riff raff from going through the process and them being able to keep their home nice.

Beautiful country home for our weekend with family. Only thing I can suggest is making the reservation and confirmation process simpler with less paperwork.

Rad cabin in Pine Cove. In the winter, roads aren’t always plowed, so bring chains and/or good snow tires. Fantastic accommodations!

The cabin was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of extras available like board games and such. We did not end up doing any of them but it was nice to know they were there. The back deck and hammock were used often. I also liked the motion sensor lights. We did not arrive late at night but it was nice to know they were there. Also, don’t let the “parking waver” scare you. There is a steep driveway but there is a second level driveway with room for two cars and steps that lead to the property. Great time.

The house was rustic and clean with everything provided. It was in a quiet, peaceful wooded neighborhood. There are no views as it states in the description. The house is surrounded by trees. You cannot walk to town as it states in the title of the description. The house is located 7 minutes away by car on windy roads which would be difficult to safely walk on. The hot tub was scummy. We had to get out within minutes of getting in and did not use it again. The hot tub also cycled all night long, permeating the quiet of the location. The lighting in the house was rustic and charming but dark the lamps probably had 25 watt bulbs. It was hard to see in many of the rooms. Lastly, the floors creaked everywhere upstairs. Even my husband complained and he never says anything. As a home owner who rents property out, I felt the check out procedures were extensive and mostly cleaning crew tasks. Who wants to work all morning on your last day of vacation? The amount of paperwork required to check in was absurd. There were 3 waivers. All documents were sent in different formats making them difficult to convert and return. The email asked for 3 documents to be returned instead of the 5 they required so I had to find a way to get the other 2 back to them while I was out of town. I was asked 4 times how many people were in my party. The answer was the same each time 3 people and 1 dog. The property managers first said I could buy wood for $25. Then said, there was no wood available because of Covid. But if we used the wood at the property, we would be charged $25. I asked for early check in knowing there was no one moving out that day. Yes I could check in early for $50 per hour. I offer this service as a courtesy to my guests whenever possible. I asked if there was a coffee grinder and was told there was not. But there was a grinder which would have saved me from pre-grinding coffee at home. These people are not a friendly nor well informed property management company. I would never rent a property from them again.

It was wonderful staying there very relaxing something we all needed during this time will definitely go back , by the way the place looks better in person

A really nice, spacious cabin in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck overlooking the trees. Cabin has every you need for a nice getaway.

Although the property was covered with snow during our stay 3/15 - 3/18/21, the cabin itself is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath. Large living room with internet TV for streaming (bring your ROKU or passwords for the apps - Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc). Comfortable dining for 6 and nice, well equipped kitchen. The spa is a nice touch and we did use it twice even with 35 degree temps! Lots of books, games & DVDs to choose from. Very nice!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas week here. The views from the deck are spectacular. The home was cozy and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked so we were easily able to make all our meals at home (especially important during COVID). The house is a just short drive to town (maybe 5 minutes). Even though there are neighbors, I hardly noticed any noise coming from the surrounding properties. We'd definitely stay again!

The place smelled of smoke all weekend, it felt like living in a house with cigarette smokers. If not for that, we would've enjoyed the stay. The management company told us, 'too bad' as they kicked us out.

My family and I wanted to take a peaceful vacation and this was the perfect place. The restaurants were nearby, and Monica was very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our time here. Incredibly cozy and remote location. Would love to come back again someday soon...
