I thought that the rooms were very spacious! I wasn't expecting that, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Super clean and friendly staff. Convenient location. The restaurant is great and under-appreciated (no crowds). Hopefully it will catch on in the Idaho Falls community.

Staff is not at the front desk when you enter the property and it takes a few minutes for them to appear.

Fast elevators. Good sized pool. Snacks are available in the lobby.

There was no communication on how breakfast worked. We got 2 vouchers when we checked in but nothing was said about getting more vouchers for the remaining days. We then thought maybe you only provided breakfast for one day. Would have been nice to have more information on how things worked. Also the mini fridge wasn't cold and there was no adjustment.

found sewing needle in room on the ground that my young child almost stepped on, m&m’s on ground and found hair on the sheets on bed.

Staff made us feel welcome they were very helpful The restaurant food menu was simple and the food good. The bed was especially comfortable.

There was really nothing to dislike. The facility was comfortable, quiet and we had a great sleep.

it’s a newer hotel and clean

it’s way out away from town and even though the price was very similar to other holiday inns they did not offer a continual breakfast nit even pastries

Very odd set up. I had a coffee machine etc but no sink to fill up water. So I went to the bathroom and their sink has an automatic on an off so it would not stay on for long enough. I had to get water from the bathtub. There were a couple of things broken in the bathroom but the bathroom was functional. I think that if you pay 160$ a night things should be comfortable and functional. I was able to shower and slept well.
