Great spot and convenient. Can’t be any easier in the islands than this place. Anita’s advice was spot on and everything was great for our first vacation to the island.

Our group loved our stay at Seabreeze. Great proximity to town, big, air conditioned and comfortable home, great view and pool, and plenty of bedrooms. Anita, Shabba and Shalese were extremely communicative and accommodating. We absolutely loved being able to get dropped off and picked up at the house dock, which Shabba and Anita arranged for us and made our travel a breeze. We are already counting down the days until we can come back!

Harbour Island is our favorite island and we have visited more than 25 times. Sea Breeze was our best lodging experience in all those trips. First, the house was top notch. The main house had plenty of room to host our group. The main house bedrooms and baths were spacious as were the two cottage rooms. The bedding, towels, etc. were high quality and plentiful. Likewise, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc Also, the tv, internet, etc. worked well. Lastly, the grounds received attention daily as did the pool which was heated and comfortable. The staff was just as fantastic. Anita made the booking easy, Shalese was at the house every day from Monday-Friday to make sure everything was cleaned. Shabba was always available to handle what we needed including a minor boat repair. They arranged babysitting, a chef, etc. as needed. Strong recommendation especially if you enjoy Bahamian sunsets from the backyard!

Clean, wonderfully appointed, solidly constructed home with professional, non-obtrusive staff. Perfect for a family or group of couples. True cook's kitchen. We cooked every night. No funny cleaning smells or mold whatsoever High quality house that has everything one would need. (I am very picky). Very close to town and walkable to the pink sand beaches. Backyard views fit for a movie set!

We had a wonderful time at Seabreeze. The home owner provided lots of helpful information for the island as well.

Our family stayed for two weeks and loved our stay! Sunset drinks every evening from our patio, the kids swam for hours in the pool, <1 minute golf cart ride to the beach, daily cleaning service during the week, concierge esque rental manager to help enjoy your stay if this is your first or second time on the island. All around great time and am already booked for next year!

Was generally a great experience. House was very nice and in a great location. Easy access to the dock which was a nice place to jump in the water. All rooms were spacious. Cleaning was included as well. Would definitely stay again

This property was lovely. The sunset views cannot be beat and the location feels somewhat private while being close to restaurants. Having en suites for each bedroom really made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Having housekeeping coming in during the week as also a nice touch. I would whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Harbour Island. My only feedback would be to add a few more lounge chairs for around the pool.

We had a perfect family vacation. The property was beautiful. The location was fantastic close to restaurants and beach. Sheila the housekeeper was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and having the dock was very nice and convenient.

This property was great for 5 adults. The view of the sunset from the pool area was spectacular. The property manager was accessible and made sure that everything in the house met our expectations. We will definitely keep Seabreeze at the top of our list for future visits to Dunmore Town.

Stayed for a week at Seabreeze and enjoyed every second. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. House was gorgeous.. true island feel set on the bay side of Harbour Island. Very clean and fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen necessaties. We rented golf carts and a boat, as well as ordered groceries for the week and the House Manager helped organize everything. They made the whole experience completely seamless and were incredibly accommodating, helpful and very quick to respond. They even organized a water taxi pick up directly at the Seabreeze dock to go to the airport - made it super easy with all of our luggage. We found ourselves spending more time at the house than exploring the island - lounging in the pool, grilling, fishing off the dock, watching the sunset from the patio.. the house is tucked away so it feels very private. House is also super close to town.. easy walk or golf cart ride! 10/10 find and will go back for sure!!!

Beautiful well maintained home, with plenty of space and a very convenient dock. Occasionally, the adjacent street was noisy with trucks using the barge to load and unload.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Seabreeze. Great views, amazing service from the house manager and house cleaner, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful linens, impeccably clean, great communication. Highly recommend renting a boat and docking out front. If you do not do this, at least take advantage of the dock. We swam off of it many times. Highly recommend it and will be back!

Fabulous property on a wonderful piece of land located on Harbour Island, Bahamas. Seabreeze commanded a fantastic view of the harbor as you comfortably enjoyed its wonderful pool and outdoor patio. We used the guest house as well and enjoyed 5 en suite bedrooms. Seabreeze offers a very comfortable floor plan with great kitchen featuring modern appliances and granite countertops. Seabreeze was not only located by Dempsey dock but offered a very quick golf cart ride or walk to the beautiful pink sand beach and turquoise waters Harbour Island is famous for. It was paradise on earth with the listing closely reflecting the property. Anita, the property manager along with the Seabreeze staff were all extremely attentive to all our needs. We'll be back for sure!

SeaBreeze is perfect for a family with children in all ranges. Anita was incredibly helpful before we arrived. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We booked Sea Breeze for my 45th birthday with another family, in total 4 adults and 6 kids and we all fit perfectly. the pool was amazing, the sunset views cant be beat. We are trying to figure out how to get back to Sea breeze again very soon.

This was a stay in Harbour Island to celebrate our daughters wedding on the island. Shared this beautifully decorated home with family. This home was spacious with amazing views from every bedroom and it’s own private dock. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful linens, and very close to town. We truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be returning to stay here again!

Our group of 10 adults loved our stay at Seabreeze House. From the moment we arrived at the dock, via ferry, we were so thrilled we were staying at Seabreeze House. We were greeted by the staff who were all awesome during our stay. Special thanks to Keisha for going above and beyond the first day upon our arrival… helping another couple in our group not staying at Seabreeze House. The house was so spacious and all 5 couples had their own lovely decorated bedroom and bathroom. The pool was so nice and we used it everyday! The sunsets were amazing! This was a fabulous home and guest cottage. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Anita, Shabba, Keisha and Seleesh went over the top to make our stay great. Very nice home with a pool and beautiful view of the bay. Easy water access with use of the dock. Everyone was so easy and lovely to communicate with. The house is close to everything and quiet.

My friends and I rented Seabreeze for the weekend and had a great time! The house was in a great location with great amenities. Anita was super responsive and helpful. Overall an awesome experience and can’t wait to go back!
