We were satisfied. I's say the property is pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and well kept, considering its age and overall condition. One should not expect grand luxe accommodations, but the unit is comfortable, and the location is wonderful, with direct access to the beach. Parking was ample. As noted in the description, access is by a single flight of outdoor stairs. That should be a consideration if you think you or your pet will have trouble negotiating the climb.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The view from the front door was absolutely gorgeous. The home was clean and efficient. It was so awesome to be able to just walk out the door and walk down to the beach on the private entrance walkway. Definitely worth it. And Definitely would love to return.

We had a wonderful time and loved that we could bring our dogs! Property was well equipped for our family of 5 and the owner (and neighbors) were all so friendly!

This property is a beach front and not a fancy rental. The decor has been done very well and is as pictured. The walk to the fabulous beach is over a board walk which is next to the house. The rental is in need of some maintenance but this area just had a hurricane last September.

The house was filthy when we got there. There was hair on the sheets, the kitchen counters were not clean, the kitchen sink had some junk in it, and the floors were dirty. The temperature of the house was 44 degrees inside when we got there. It took all night of running the heat before the house became warm and there were insufficient blankets on the beds for a winter vacation. The house needs some carpentry work and a fresh interior paint job.

The space is comfortable & the kitchen is fit for a lot of different cooking. The beach view is fantastic from the 2nd story. During our stay we also encountered some kind neighbors, which was really nice.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, the property owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and cozy. The view was excellent from deck, and we flat out love this place and will hopefully return many times.

This cottage is so retro! We loved it here! It had a comfortable feeling of being home. It was quiet and peaceful. The host was so awesome. We were running very late our first night because traffic was terrible. He actually waited up for us to make sure we got into the right space. There are a few homes here together owned by his family. There was a caretaker on site helping out, and he was so funny and so helpful. He gave us lots of tips about things to do. This location really is perfect. You just absolutely can’t beat the private boardwalk and beach access, and honestly, I swear that the sun and moon rose and set every day directly in front of that boardwalk! The cottage was well stocked. That was definitely a plus. There were more than enough beach towels, beach blankets, bath towels, cookware, toiletries. Really, we didn’t want for anything here. The backyard is lovely! They put a lot of time, effort, and love into making it such a special space. Our 9 yo son was thrilled catching geckos and lizards and following turtles and rabbits around! Thank you for sharing your space with us. We loved this cottage and the view was really just breathtaking. We hope to see you next year!

We loved our stay here! The host was great and the beach access was wonderful! They even had bottles water and charcoal available for use, which we thought was above and beyond. The deck views really made this property!! We would definitely return to this property.

From check-in to our entire 3 night stay, our host, Lindy, was very welcoming and accommodating. The view from our second story condo was spectacular and the condo itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this location! The view and ocean breezes make this place special. Comfortable bed, good shower, ocean breezes It’s a lovely walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Owners are responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rented this property for my wife and her mom, and also invited the rest of the family. We ALL fit perfectly and enjoyed this cozy little cottage spot. The private beach deck and access to the beach was both peaceful and relaxing. We all enjoyed the porch/balcony by getting to see the sun rise with our morning coffee and watching the sun set while grilling in the evening. Ms. Lindi was such a pleasure to meet and deal with. We are already making plans to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. It had amazing views. There were some cosmetic things that could be updated, and the owner said they are about to make some changes. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and that was what we wanted. It was close to everything and that was very good, they owners just need to update the kitchen area and the plumbing a bit as both were old and not working well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the unit needs to be fixed.

The location was perfect. The cottage was perfect. The host was perfect. No complaints about our stay. Our complaints are towards all the ridiculous charges VBRO charged us compared to what the property owners would have charged if we had gone directly through them. Will not be using VBRO again but most definitely will be staying at that location again.

The private beach access is spectacular! We will certainly travel back this way in the future.
