Beautiful and peaceful setting. Would come again!

This cabin was just as pictured! The kitchen amenities were great, the hot tub, pool table were fantastic. The fire pit was amazing-there is even a grate to cook over the open flame! We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room. Easily could sleep 6-8. This was one of our top trips and we will keep this cabin on our list of places to come back to.

Amazing and peaceful

A friend and I stayed at Blackberry Lodge for a girls’ trip, and we had a blast! The cabin is exactly as pictured on VRBO. It is at the end of a road on top of a hill, so it has the feeling of seclusion while actually still being very close to town. We thought the dishwasher was broken, so I called management to report it; the woman was friendly and assured me she’d get someone out to look at it. We kept working on it and finally figured out that it wasn’t broken, just different from any we’d ever used. I called to tell them it wasn’t broken, but within an hour another friendly person was at the door to check it out and make sure it was okay. I really appreciated their response. I would definitely book this cabin again whether for a girls’ trip or a getaway with my husband.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! So cozy and very quiet. Had read the reviews that the management isn’t great with communication, and definitely experienced that. Emailed the first day we were there to ask about firewood and let them know that we replaced the coffee maker, because there was no pot in it when we got there. No response. But they sure did make sure to email me promptly about the checkout time and procedures. Would rent this cabin again, but make sure you have zero questions or confusion when you get there.

We love traveling from South Florida to the Blue Ridge area a few times a years. This cabin was at the end of a steep paved beautiful tree covered road. For how quiet the neighborhood and area was you would have no idea it was only a couple of miles from the downtown area. Perfect location, excellent views from the porch, and all around great cabin with plenty of amenities. We will for sure rent again with more family.

Although the property had a great location, and was exactly what was pictures, the lack of communication left an overall bad experience. I didn’t receive access information to the faculty until after checkin. I contact the company back in September and again, didn’t receive a response until after checkin in. I had concerns about securing the hot tub as my young children were staying there because the latches were broken, never received a response. They were happy to charge my credit card even though they didn’t apparently have all the information to complete the process, although never asked. When asked why I didn’t received a response, the only answer I received was “ I don’t know.”

Loved the cabin, awesome views, plenty of comfy furniture for 4 adults. Nice that almost all the drive up to the cabin was paved. Close enough to town to get supplies quickly. Want to go back!

Spectacular stay once again. The privacy, the house, amenities and views this house provides is 5*. Perfect location, close enough to all that you need but far enough away to enjoy the views and seclusion. Enough space for just us and our little pup or for a whole group. I used the hot this time and it was GLORIOUS ! I highly recommend this house and the property managers. We’ll be back again.

Great rental! Private, clean, full amenities! We loved it!!

The cabin had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing. The location was 10 minutes from town. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I would definitely stay here again. I plan to next fall. The beds are a little hard but everything else was wonderful.

We have been staying in cabins in Blue Ridge for 16 years. We love the views but usually don’t like the drive. I think this had a perfect combination. We could easily drive into blue ridge for lunch, dinner or groceries and yet still sit on our back porch and enjoy the views. The kitchen had all the kitchen items we needed to make dinners - plenty of pots, pans and knives, which some cabins are kind of stingy in providing. For being pet friendly it was clean and did not bother our allergies. We did bring our dog (hypoallergenic) and she enjoyed the wrap around porch that was gated in so she had some space to be free of the leash. I would recommend this cabin. The drive up to the cabin has a couple of steep parts so I’d probably not rent in any icy conditions, unless your vehicle was equipped for that.

Blackberry Lodge is the best cabin rental we have ever booked. Beautiful views for miles while still convenient to the town of Blue Ridge, GA. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for my wife’s 50th birthday with the kids and grandkids. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s so much more and so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We loved it

In addition to the fire pit there were horseshoes to play and a a corn hole game. Beds were very comfortable. We entered town and saw the Food Lion grocery store so stopped there quickly to purchase basics. We found a better grocery store just a few minutes further...shop Ingle's for a wider selection of groceries. We hiked a lot. Our favorite hike was Bear Creek Trail outside of Ellijay. Ellijay was also a cute town to explore.Thanks for the hospitality Blue Ridge Escapes!

The only bad thing I can say about the property is the beds were hard as a rock. Left a night early just to sleep in my own bed. Everything else was perfect. We did see a little trash around the outside.

We absolutely loved the Cabin. There were 4 of us over the weekend. It was so clean, spacious, and great location. The hot tub was the best. Blue Ridge had super cute shops, delicious food at harvest and main, and total relaxation at the cabin. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This cabin felt like home. It had everything we needed to stay comfortably and the customer service was beyond helpful. Blue ridge is such a cute town. This cabin was 15 minutes away from a winery and an orchard we went to and down town was perfect to walk around! Will definitely be staying at one of these locations again!!

Great location and amazing view

We had an excellent family vacation at Blackberry Lodge. Beautiful views and the cabin is cozy and fun! We spent the majority of our time on the upper deck enjoying the view. Overall, the cabin was clean. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival but the management company was quick to send someone out. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was everything we were hoping for, and more. I always temper my expectations a bit when I comes to how a property looks in photos vs. reality. The photos did fairly accurately capture the cabin itself, but not the views. The views were terrific. We spent a great deal of time sitting on the back deck, soaking those in. Would highly recommend this cabin.

We absolutely loved this property. The house is super close to lake blue ridge and the downtown area. It literally is in the middle of everything. It’s beautiful and cozy. Even during COVID which I was scared to travel, I felt the property was spotlessly clean and I didn’t worry about it not being deep cleaned before we arrived. The house had excellent amenities and the road to the house was easily accessible unlike many other properties that have gravel steep roads. I would book this property again in a second. My family didn’t want to leave!

Took a quick weekend trip to get away from the city life & it was great. Clean, great views, roomy.
