Great house. Lots of room. Good location.

This home is cute, comfortable and convenient! The house is very roomy and plenty of room outside. There were plenty of linens, kitchen items, etc. This was our first visit to Nashville and location is extremely convenient to get to all the different areas the city has to offer!

It was clean. Bedrooms were needing updated beds. King beds. Also repair the mold problem in the walkin shower

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was very comfortable with a nice yard and fire pit, fenced for our dog. Very walkable and we could get to music row with no problem! We had a fantastic spring break/family vacation.

The property is EXACTLY as advertised! The outdoor spaces are great. It is in the perfect location. Walk to The Gulch, walk to Music Row. Minutes away from Broadway St. and the heart of the Nashville scene by Uber! Will definitely book to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville. This property is ideally located for nice walks to Midtown, the Gulch and even Broadway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay! The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the house was comfortable, well stocked, and super close to everything. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Nashville.

The home was like a home away from home. Nicely appointed and had all the home comforts. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Great back yard for your pet. Beware Nashville is under major construction. We were able to see everything we came for but all the construction made it difficult.

Wonderful! Everything in the home was on point, from the soft towels, firm mattresses and special touches; robes, shampoo, and body wash, and coffee and tea! The back yard was so charming! We were close enough to enjoy Broadway, but far enough to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay. If we return to Nashville again, we will return to Annette’s house!

This home is perfect! Especially if you have dogs! The charming backyard was a big hit with our 2 dogs. The home is beautifully furnished and we loved the extra touches of k-pods, soaps, fluffy towels, high quality dishes, etc. Annette is great at communicating! We had a great week!

Great place to stay only issue we had was the kitchen table was so heavy to keep moving so we could eat at the table….

This was the perfect spot for our group of 8 friends. The house was fully stocked with paper goods, Keurig coffee, all the kitchen items you’ll need. It’s in a safe area, walking distance to Music Row, the Gulch, and Vanderbilt. If you’d prefer to Uber everything is under 10 minutes away. The house itself was just as pictured and had a beautiful yard. Plus we can’t say enough great things about the host who was responsive and very accommodating to our group that had a late flight on the day of checkout. The only note if you’re going to have people sleeping on the pull out sofa or couches is that there is currently construction next door that starts pretty early on weekdays, but we couldn’t hear it in the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience. Location was great for us. We walked down to broadway and Ubered back at night. Would recommend this property and if we came back we would come back and stay here! Room to gather and socialize without bothering those in our party that wanted to go to sleep.

We came for a short Nashville trip. This was a perfect place for our family. The nice fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch. The toiletry/kitchen amenities were awesome. Loved the sun room off the kitchen.

This property is essy to find, well stocked and very quiet. Canvwalk to restaurants and clubs. We would definitely stay again. Felt very safe there too.

Wow. So convenient to Downtown, Broadway and Music Row. Very walkable to all of the music venues. House was well stocked with everything we needed.

Christmas in Nashville with Titans/Texan game! Great location with a wonderful great room for family gathering! Host was very responsive during the Nashville rolling blackouts to make sure we were all good!

Great place to stay for a short stay in Nashville. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, and updated appliances. Close to Broadway amd music row. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Thanks for being pet friendly.

House was great for family of 6. We walked to Broadway but not home. House had what we needed and enjoyed have the two sitting rooms, offerned a bit of space for downtime from the group...when needed

We were pleased with the house. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need. We had 2 pets and the outside area was fenced and safe for them. The location was very convenient to The Gulch area and Broadway St. Our host was very helpful when we had a small problem with the TVs and got it resolved quickly. We had a great time in Nashville.
