Everything was perfect!

Friends who've travelled for many years. The place was spacious, inviting, and very comfortable. The only negative was the dirty stairwell leading up to the apartment. For safety reasons I would suggest adding a peep hole in the door.

Lovely apt.. Did have a strange cooking smell at different times during our 4 day stay. Bagel place below us. Light in laundry is out. Needed phone light to turn on washing machine. Overall, a great place. Beds were very comfortable.

I sort of want to give this property one star, just so I can continue to rent it. One of the best properties I've ever stayed in. Perfectly located in downtown Waynesville, with easy parking and close to all restaurants. Immaculately clean and very spacious. I can't wait to rent again next year!

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to this time around. I enjoyed the heck out of my stay here in Waynesville in this cute but luxurious apartment. Everything was just perfect. The house decor alone made the house superb. It has a very spacious living room/dining/kitchen area. And the rooms were a nice comfortable size. TV’s in every room was a big plus.. A lot of rentals only usually have a TV in the living room. I liked that this wasn’t like that. The rental is located in a very nice area and your accessible to everything such as different types of restaurants. Walmart was right up the road, the shops on the same street we were on, were all convenient.. I just loved it and you will too!

The apartment was as advertised. Very modern and updated. Huge space, great location if you want to be central to downtown Waynesville.

The apartment was great! Very accommodating. Stairwell to enter sometimes very dark. (Lights don’t always illuminate). Management company was non responsive.

The Condo was very nice and well equipped, my only issue was the walk up to the unit it was 25 steps at a pretty steep incline with me being 70 that was quite a task. I would not recommend for people my age.

I don’t normally post reviews but this property was amazing in every aspect. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely be coming back.

We were in the area for a wedding. The apartment was amazing. So much more than we expected. So bright and clean and spacious! I can’t say enough about it. There are 25 steps to get to the apartment - helped to get our daily steps in! Highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic stay

I will definitely stay there again. It was perfect. The parking is a little hard but the property makes it worth it.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 days with another couple. The location was perfect and the apartment was fabulous! We will most definitely stay here again. You cannot go wrong renting this wonderful property. 5 stars!

I would pay 100k over listing price to own this property.

We've stayed in several vacation rentals in Waynesville and Lake Junaluska in the past few years, and this is by far the best. The unit is spacious, clean, modern, and within walking distance of just about everything in downtown. Yes, there are some steps to climb to get to it, but it's worth that small effort. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, and management provided prompt, excellent service. We've already made reservations to return in October 2022.

There is not a negative comment I can make. From the pictures displayed on the website to walking in the door was spot on ! The unit was Open, spacious, modern and extremely clean . Location was perfect! We will definitely be back.

My adult children and I stayed here to go skiing in Maggie Valley which is a short drive. We walked around downtown and looked around in all the shops. We ate at a local restaurant which was very good. The apartment was spacious and very well laid out. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful loft located on Main Street. Wonderful communication with management company, well appointed and well stocked loft. Highly recommend!

We arrived late and in need of something to eat. Surprise! A basket of snack food. And K cups for the morning. The apartment is spacious with two great bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Big island with power receptacle. Big screen TV with confounding controller. Instructions for controller usage could be added to the printed wifi sheet. The location was perfect for us. Toured Western Carolina University, Asheville, and Knoxville. Waynesville is a walkable town with a variety of shops and restaurants. One annoyance is the checkout instructions. We are fine with tidying up before leaving. The instruction sheet should be printed and left in the unit. It could be phrased better. We paid 143$ cleaning fee and were threatened with additional fees if we didn’t complete our assigned chores. I doubt the threat is necessary. Actually your chore list became a bit of humor as we were about to turn in the rental car. “You wash the car, you vacuum, and I’ll change the oil before we turn it in. “

Spacious, clean, surprise snacks and drinks waiting for us, two really nice bathrooms, central to Cullowhee-Asheville-and the parkway. Big tv, we are soccer fans.

They did order a part but it was accidentally shipped to the wrong address they did offer for us to buy one and they would Venmo us a refund but we didn’t do that because we were leaving very early the next morning.
