El WiFi solo lo podíamos usar 2 personas a la vez. Pero lo más desagradable fue que no tenía lugar para estacionamiento. Teníamos que dejar el carro un poco lejos.

The room had a tiny kitchen were one can make a simple breakfast. Big stove so you can make some eggs and boil water for example. Also free drinking water is supplied. Location is 15 min walking from the center but more quiet. (If the streetdogs dont bark all night)

The communication with the host was lacking. We had to ask for wifi password and how the operate the heater. Also when we booked a night with him extra, we paid more than we did through booking.com. He never responded to our inquiry about the costs. Also the matrass was not comfortable and the water of the shower did not get properly hot which is a shame because it was fairly cold at night.

The owner is really nice and it is a quiet neighborhood

Everything was great! Octavio is very helpful and friendly. Facilities was great: hot water, kitchen, wi-fi.

The owner let me stay in my room til 1:30 while I waited for the train.

The owner sent me a message saying he would receive me, but when I arrived there was no one there. I was locked out of my room in the dark with no cell service to message him. I knocked on a neighbor’s door who turned out to be the owners relative who then drove me to the owner’s house. This seemed to be all normal for the owner... all that is needed to avoid this would be a message communicating room number and code for the key box so there’s no excuse for this.
