Good location, close to the train and bus terminal. Plenty of restaurants around. Good bed and pillows. Hot water. Quiet place. Guadalupe is a very good host, helpful and friendly.

WiFi is weak and spotty. There's no room or space available to put your toiletries beside the sink....would be nice to install a little table. A bit pricey for a very basic room. No international channels TV.

Hot water shower. The single employee, Guadeloupe, was very pleasant and helpful and she kept the room and sheets etc. very clean.

There was nowhere to put toiletries not even a rack for a toothbrush. There was nowhere to hang a towel. Whilst we were there it rained heavily and there was nowhere but the floor to put our wet outerwear. In the description of the room we booked the owner stated that the room had a view. It did. We were given 3 choices: an unfinished concrete block wall blocking all light or an ugly commercial yard where the laundry was hung to dry or ... and this was the best choice .. the tin roof of the building infront and the sky. Of the three rooms we looked at 2 had what felt like plywood for mattresses. The other was passable. In the description was a sitting area ..it was one old dinning room chair.

very cold with only a small electrical heater, never warm enough in the room!!

Great in general, awesome staff

The gas heater, not really helpful to warm up an entire room and dangerous at night so we had to turn it off. The wifi simply didn't exist.

Heater, lots of blankets, a tv, hot water and lots of space.

Our room (6) has such a bad smell, something indescribable, a certain funk (although weirdly it was clean)

It was in a quiet location and off the main road.

Location was great!!

The hotel was just a couple hundred meters from both the bus/train stop and the downtown. Guadalupe was friendly, and I knew that if I needed anything, she would be available. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out.

Beds are too hard and small. Parking lot is a real nightmare, did not sleep thinking all night long to wake up and move the car because I had to park it obstructing the entrance to the parking lot.
