Flooding shower into the bathroom

Very friendly and professional staff. Location is perfect in heart of the Thamel. Great room and great view from rooftop, yummy breakfast buffet, good coffee & nice bar. What else ?

the showers flooded in all our rooms, one light didn’t turn off at night, one room had no door handle on toilet, lack of toilet paper

Really close to Thamel and other attractions. Easy to walk wherever you need. Really clean property. The staff are so warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Property is just off the main road but is really quiet. Highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure good, water hot.

Our room did not have a proper window, the window space was filled with glass block, we could not see out of the room, we could not open the window, and it did not let much light in. Because of this it felt claustrophobic. However, We did have a proper window that looked into the hallway. Maybe when building they got the instructions reversed.

Firstly Arushi Hotel has a beautiful interior design with many features such as a gym, restaurant (which is really pretty) and a pool. The customer service was also amazing, everyone was helpful and kind. Despite breakfast opening at 7am they packed us breakfast as we needed to leave at 6:30am.

Had a late evening flight, and the manager was super helpful in letting me leave my luggage at the lobby, and even letting me usd the common space, while waiting for the flight time

Comfortable location, comfortable bed, good sized and well designed rooms, I had one with the balcony and a lovely rooftop restaurant and Bar. But what I liked mostly were the staff, starting from the hotel owner Ram the receptionist Apsara the guards and the great people who works at the rooftop. Feels like a family hotel with the luxury of the west.

Excellent location, in the heart of Thamel but back from the street, with a great value laundry on the corner. Fabulous rooftop restaurant with great views - very pretty with super friendly bar staff. Food was fabulous - the chicken biryani was amazing. Rooms were modern & spacious and daily housekeeping was excellent. Unfortunately during our stay we became ill & the hotel staff Anjan & Absara were fantastic. Medical service they called was first class.

Somewhat mediocre Breakfast. “Pool” isn’t exactly one - rather a jacuzzi sized tub. No recliners or anything available.

Breakfast buffet was good and nice to have freshly squeezed juice every day. Rooms were clean and large, very comfortable beds. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Just off the main street so a bit quieter but close to everything. Bonus was a laundry on the corner of the street with same day service. Hotel staff very obliging and will happily take money to exchange for you.

Arushi remains our favourite place to stay in Kathmandu, hands-down. Brilliant location on the edge of Thamel: close enough that all of Thamel is a short walk away, but that the hotel itself is not located on the noisy main thoroughfare, ensuring a peaceful stay and quiet nights. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the food excellent. The rooftop bar is quiet (usually only populated by hotel guests) but has the best view of any of the bars we have visited in the city. This was our second trip to Nepal, and we will be booking for our many intended future trips over the coming years.
