It wasn’t obvious whether the booked facility on 2nd or 1st floor, my mother is disabled, when we arrived we found the facility on the 2nd floor, I called the management and I requested them to give us anything on the 1st floor, they refused, and they didn’t even offer any assistance to get my mother to the 2nd floor, I talked to a lady her name is Victoria, she kept saying no, and she can’t, I requested her just to get into the facility at least earlier since it was clean and ready and I needed some time to get my mother out of the car to the facility on the 2nd floor, but Victoria refused, my mother was dying to get into the facility just to use the bathroom, but that lady refused to help us. I will never return to that place anymore and I will inform my friends and family and everyone I know about that terrible experience

We’ve stayed at rivergrass in past years. The pool and got tub area were very clean.parking is convenient.

Room 107 was filthy. I spent over and hour cleaning and then decided to call. There were cobwebs everywhere, spiders coming down from the ceiling, wrapper and chocolate in the couch, peanuts and bottle caps on the floor. The pull out couch mattress was all springs. My two sons had to sleep on the couch. Very disappointed.

Great location , clean house and well maintained. It was a perfect stay and the facilities were good. Pool was clean but jacuzzi was surprisingly cold. Overall, we enjoyed the property.

Having a checkin at 4pm and checkout at 10 am seems unreasonable. Doesnt give much of time to spend at the property Most or almost every place I have rented over the years have a check in at 2pm or 3pm (still open for early check in if requested)and checkout at 11am or noon and when requested for an hour extension they grant them easily. However, at the Rivergrass, I had to request multiple times/calls for an extension of 1 hour late checkout. You definitely need to change your check in and checkout times and be a little more friendly and flexible on late check out. Payment system needs to be looked into, your payment systems didn't work as expected and I had to spend hours on call to have your agent punch the details manually to process the payment. Finally, the agents should be aware of some generic question when asked. For instance, I asked him the purpose of the shuttle pass I received and he said "I don't know"

The area was good because it was near the village, the property was okay but I found so many issues.

First, they didn’t provide enough toiletries and no laundry liquid hand wash, nothing. Patio was so dirty with all the spiders and nets around, so you technically cannot even open windows. Third, there was one extra mattress in my room which was stinking and I found blood spot in their, which felt like their might be bedbug or any other issue in the property which made me uncomfortable for rest of the stay.

Extremely close to the Blue mountain village, beautiful quality vacation home at a fantastic price. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a real nice view from the living room

Vreselijk last van geluidsoverlast. Hele week bovenburen gehad, met houten vloer iedere stap hoorde je, en als het toilet werd doorgespoeld leek het of het door onze kamer stroomde. De unit van de airconditioning staat pal naast de masterbedroom, gedurende de hele nacht slaat hij aan of af. Dat was een ergenis….jammer genoeg

Property was the perfect location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Village. We walked to a trail that had multiple lookout points and a beautiful waterfall. The unit was next to the pool and hot tube which was also very convenient.

The outdoor furniture was dirty with cobwebs and bird poop.

The location is beautiful. Less than a mile from the Blue Mountain Village. Located next to a golf course and 50 meters from two little ponds. It was beautiful to see a group of mum goose with 4-5 little gooselings and bunny roaming around the place. The backside of the property is overlooking the blue mountains. The home is well equipped with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery etc.

Right after booking, started a very poor customer service experience by Vacasa. It took 45 mins on call for the executive to check me in and do the formalities. It was difficult to locate the unit. We almost ended up breaking into another home. The executive on call was unable to help. Rather he gave us a wrong code to enter, telling us that the code we had was wrong. This wasnt true. What a waste of time. Our experience was screwed by Vacasa... no supplies to wash, v. less toileteries for a family - 2 soaps, 1 small tube of lotion ,shampoo, etc. The worst was the bunk bed wasnt even made. They forgot to do it. Linen wasnt changed. The tables outside had some brown liquid with ants on it. It wasnt cleaned well. Lastly, I think they can work on the checkout time. IMO 10am is too early but still that is not something I will complain about since they let me check in a bit early.

The privacy was excellent, as was the proximity to blue mountain village.

I didn't love the rules and regulations that came through AFTER I'd paid the non refundable price. Multiple warnings of not smoking anywhere near the property (why can't I smoke outside?), and multiple warnings of not exceeding capacity even during daytime visits by friends who were staying at neighboring accomodations. We booked a whole home for the possibility of gathering with friends and family after a day at the village.

So close to the village

Would have liked an outdoor area or fire pit with chairs to hang out with my friends. We sat in the ‘not in service’ shuttle bench for a bit. It was a beautiful night to be outside.

Location and Unit was great!

Strict about # of people in the unit, regardless of how many were sleeping there. Rented the unit to spend time with my sister and her family who live in the area. My family is 5 and my sister’s family was 3, for a total of 8. Occupancy is 6 and we were told that no more than 6 people could be on premise at any given time. This was very disappointing and was not disclosed until after the non-refundable payment was made.

Didn’t get affordable stuff to stay in nights. I requested additional blankets and comforter but didn’t get anything on time… I got message of comforter and blankets when I checked out..

The check out time is too short. It needs to be at 12pm as check in is at 4pm so the window you get to wake up, have breakfast and prepare to check out is too narrow

Very very close to the central village (5 minute walk maximum) Access to the brilliant pool and hottub. Seems to have been recently renovated so nice and new and modern, very spacious!

I loved the layout of the house. Everything looked really nice and top of the line. It was so close to blue mountain, and at a reasonable price too.

I saw bugs crawling on the floor. Not often, but still not something I’d want to see on vacation, especially in the home I’m in.
