location was amazing . clean and comfortable, everything you might need was thought about and there.

There was extensive construction work being carried out close to the apartment block that we were unaware of until we arrived. Whilst fortunately this was not visible from the apartment, there was some day time noise and traffic disruption around the entrance to the parking. We were grateful for clear access information for our arrival but this needs to be updated because Fistral stores (mentioned in the instructions) appears to have been demolished as part of the ongoing construction works.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Everything about it was perfect . Really comfy bed. Views were spectacular and the little balcony was perfect for evening drinks to watch the sunset.

The living room main window has spectacular views but the gorgeous blinds are too heavy and we struggled to pull it up as it’s very heavy……not really a dislike but the only thing I would change

This is an amazing apartment in an amazing location. Well equipped with those extra touches of crisp bed linen, fluffy white towels and a welcoming bottle of bubbly!

The property was absolutely faultless, it was clean, tidy, had very comfortable beds, was well equipped with everything you need and it was in a perfect location with superb views in the day and in the evening it’s the perfect spot for spectacular sunset views, the added touches in the property for our arrival made it really special. This was a trip for my birthday which turned in to a family break away with our 3 year old. She has asked everyday since our return if we can go back to “Newquay holiday home” she has never done that so this is a real testament for a home away from home feel, particularly liked how safe and secure we all felt from the car being underground and all external doors coded. Would recommend this property to anyone.
