We stayed at Casa Blanca for a mini fall break vacation with my daughters & their children. The condo was very well supplied & clean. It had a sofa sleeper & 2 twin size roll away beds. Had 2 pools right below us & the beach was a short walk away. We had a great time & enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Our stay was everything we expected. We had alot of fun!

I've been going to Rocky point for a long time, but this time was different I found this place on Sandy beach that I'm able to bring my dog Luna. It was a great experience Self-Check-in, you have a reserved parking in front of the staircase. We forgot to bring beach chairs and we were happy to see the rental had chairs we could use. Big property to walk your dog. Host great at communicating back with me, very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. If your 1st time coming it's a very tourist area a lot of options to eat by main strip or by Sonoran SEA/SPA Aswell as 2 places on the property. Pools open until 10pm, mini golf on the property.

The condo was located in a very convenient location. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very pleasant. The condo had the feel of being on vacation but still feeling at home. Joann was very responsive and helpful with my guest situation and provided what we could allow in the development for passes. Will definitely reach out to stay again.

Kids spent hours in the pool and made friends with other children. The ocean was warm like a bath. Sand dunes were 5 min down the road for riding.

our first time on this property and we absolutely loved and enjoyed it, had all the amenities and some,really appreciated the electric grill! perfect location and property was very well maintained, our dog loved the pet friendly atmosphere, staff was very welcoming as well, overall 5 out of 5 stars from us! already planning our next trip back to this very same condo.

This was an amazing property, and exactly what my family and I needed for our vacation. Easy access to the beach and conveniently located near other touristy locations. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our visit. The condo was very nice our only issue was the condo was on the second floor and no elevator. I am handicapped so the second floor was a surprise but it wasn’t something we couldn’t overcome, and we loved the puffy bed.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean condo all seven of us had a wonderful weekend.

Great location and was so nice finding somewhere that allowed dogs as we had ours with us this trip. Communication with owner was spotty. Under the impression she was just not available to respond for whatever reason. They did have a very informative book that was useful and had favorite food spots. This rental feels like it's just that. Used for rentals. Has washer and dryer but no detergent. Has a dishwasher but had to hand wash because we were missing dishwasher detergent. Fridge and freezer needed some baking soda. Stinky. All of the lightbulbs were rather intense, giving corporate office vibes. All in all this place fit our needs and we didn't have any major issues but we would not rebook. It needs a walk through to handle these little things and personal touches.

Beautiful views and memories! Safety is number 1 for me. The condo is an hour from the border, & I felt comfortable driving there and back. The condo is in a safe community with 2 or 3 other properties. Communication is another big one. When I was arriving to the condo, the host was responsive & any questions I had, the host answered. I had a positive experience with my booking. Next, my family was going to ask me where to eat. There’s a restaurant called Colin’s cantina near the beach, & it’s family friendly. There’s a bar/bistro near the condo, but we only tried a beer there. Food looked good. We also tried the Argentinian steak house, which I really liked. We had to drive there because the department of tourism is still working on the sidewalks. We ate at changos, but we were overcharged. Activities: My kids loved swimming. The ocean was beautiful. The weather was perfect in April. Plenty of beach chairs available and we swam in the two pools that are heated. We went to el malecón, & we tried one restaurant. My family didn’t like it, but I did. It is a beautiful and safe place to take pictures with the Peñasco sign. My family also enjoyed watching YouTube & Netflix on the smart TV. We enjoyed a movie night as a family. There was parking on the side of the condo, & the parking spot available for you is in front of the condo, very convenient. The contract and parking spot will be emailed. We used the washer & dryer. Things we pack: water bottles, detergent & extra TP.

Everything went very smoothly and the check in process was perfect! The bracelets were ready for us in the condo as promised and no complaints!

Nice place, wifi, clean kitchen and dishes, laundry, so far best condo we stay in the last 5 years of visiting puerto pensando..👍

Beautiful property - plenty of room. Could have been furnished with more toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergent(none) & wash cloths. Very nice restaurant, near with very good food. everyone friendly & nice. Wasn’t aware there would be so much construction going on. Propert will be lovely when complete,

My family and I had a great time! Vrbo host was AWESOME! great communication and quick to respond. My family and I would would stay here again!

To gain access to the property you have to climb a flight of stairs that are steep, winding and narrow. The condo itself seems quite dated in need of numerous small improvements or repairs. We have stayed at numerous locations in Porto Penasco and have never had accommodations as poor as this. Sorry would not return here or recommend.

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view to the beach and of the grounds. It was clean, comfortable and had everything to cook! Will be rebooking for next year!

Property was well kept and very clean. Everything worked properly, location was great, and we felt very safe. It's a great spot to rest up on the balcony after a long day at the beach.

Excellent place

We had an amazing stay at this location. Beach was really close and easy to get to. Pool was perfectly situated and quiet. Beds were comfortable and clean. Entire place was clean, comfortable, and parking was exactly what we wanted. Putt putt is available and so fun and easy to access. Communication with the host was also impeccable and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and place. AC didn't work entire time we were here (Thursday). Let them know first night. No one showed up until after 1 pm on Saturday (was told "Hector would be here in the morning." OK in morning and night, but was quite warm during day. Manager did agree to one night credit (have not seen yet at this posting) and 2 extra hours to check out. Still very much under construction in areas and appears to need updates in other areas on the grounds.

Full Kitchen, close to beach and nice and clean. Great communication with the owner. Perfect for our family getaway, just what we needed.

The extra beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and towels made excursions to the beach more fun. The kitchen being stocked with some spices and incidentals was nice too.

Everything was nice. Nice size apartment. There were Scrabble and dominoes to play. I would recommend get a new pans for the kitchen and if its possible the internet connection, but some channel's we couldn't watch. Overall we had a great time. Would recommend for friend at work. Thanks

My husband and I, along with our fur babies, were in Rocky Point for the annual Circus Mexicus music festival. The condo we stayed in was wonderful! A beautiful view and super convenient parking right in front of the unit. We had everything we needed in order to cook for ourselves if we wanted, good wi-fi, TV and Netflix when we were in the condo on our "off" days from the festival and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. There was a little confusion when we first arrived, but we were able to contact our host JoAnn with no problem and things were soon resolved. The staff at Casa Blanca were very nice and helpful. The condo was clean (you could smell and see how clean it was) and cozy. Loved the decor JoAnn and David used. The only small issue we had which was no fault of our hosts was that the neighboring unit had 2 huge German shepards that barked constantly (day & night) our first three days at the condo. My husband finally had to go next door and talk to the neigbhors (it was hard to catch them - they were hardly at home) to talk to them about the dogs barking. They were nice and apologized saying that one dog was a rescue and had separation anxiety issues and his barking caused the other dog to bark. Other than that, we loved our stay and look forward to being able to stay here again with our dogs. Thank you JoAnn & David! :)

Very nice condo the owner really takes care of it in they provide u with everything u need i mean everything u need all u have to worry about is taking your own clothes..3min walk to beach u go down stairs the pool is there. We really enjoyed it will be back soon...
