This place was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of 5 friends. Plenty of space, so clean and quiet location but very near happening spots in Cocoa Beach. The pool was refreshing and Stephanie has the shed well stocked with floaties and even beach chairs for when you venture to the beach. We had a great time at this house and working with Stephanie!

This is one of those houses I hate to review because I don’t want others to know about it. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on a canal that goes into a river. There were paddle boards that we could use and we saw manatee and dolphins. The area was quiet and an easy walk to town and ocean.

Close to everything and absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Host was wonderful and helpful. Just a wonderful place to stay. Will be back, thanks again.

This is a great property-- SO well equipped for the beach and river and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and stores. I only live twenty miles away, but it felt like I was in another area completely. Waking up and sitting overlooking the canal was so peaceful and the kids had a great time in the pool and paddle boarding through the canals. 10/10 recommend!

Very clean & well equipped home. Close to everything. Pool was nice as was fire pit. Never used due to cold while we were there but nice anyway!

This was a nice house on a quite block,but also on a canal with river access. The house has lots of amenities including paddle boards and bicycles.

Main reason for our trip was to spend some time with our son and visit Kennedy Space Center. I searched for properties with a pool primarily for my husband who swims for therapy. I settled on this property since it was on water. The property was exactly as presented. It’s very clean, supplied with kitchen items and pool/beach accessories and the owner was very responsive answering all my questions quickly. She provided additional helpful information to make our vacation even more enjoyable even notifying us of a scheduled launch (which was unfortunately scrubbed at T-30 seconds). The pool was the perfect size and the covered patio was great for coffee in the mornings and reading books in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet but positioned just minutes (by car) to dining and activities. Sidewalks to dining and the beach were utilized by walkers, bicycles and dog walkers so it felt “safe” to make the 10-15 minute walk to entertainment and the ocean. The area seemed well patrolled by police. While we didn’t see dolphin in the river, there were small jellyfish off the pier and multiple bird species that would fly by or stop for a moment on the pier. This will be my first choice if/when we return to the area.

The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Located on the canal, with paddleboards, pool, cornhole and firepit all available. Which we took advantage of all of it. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Stephanie's property was amazing. I was looking for a relaxing getaway and this certainly was. Spent some time in the pool everyday, which was wonderful. She had all the amenities I could possibly ask for. Very quiet neighborhood. Saw a dolphin the one evening jumping in the river! Was so exciting. Short walk to beach, Coconuts, and many other restaurants, snack places. She gave recommendations for activities, places to eat, etc. Can't wait to book my next stay here. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The little extras made it feel like home and it had things we didn’t know we might want like fishing rods, water toys, multiple beach chairs, and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked perfectly for us, our kids, and my dad. It was even better seeing the rocket launch from the patio. We will be back!

Stephanie was wonderful from beginning to end. We met our kids here for a week full of fun . The pool is awesome and she has any kind of pool floats you could imagine for any age . We then all walked to the beach with everything Stephanie had supplied ( wagon , chairs and tent ) The house is as pictured if not better. It’s just an hour to Universal and Sea World. We are also a foster family so we had our fosters with us and they loved the pool and ocean . We cooked most The time but the little ice cream shops are awesome. Everyone could get what they wanted. I would recommend this house to anyone as it is also very private and relaxing :)

The house was beautiful and offered everything you would need. We were able to enjoy time at pool on relaxing days and was a short drive to beach, restaurants and shops. We plan to come back next year for sure.

The house offers everything you need for a great vacation. Pool, canal front, plenty of space for entertaining, stand-ups, beach chairs, wagon and more. The only downside is the poor cleaning (recycle trash can in the kitchen was full with prior visitors’ trash, refrigerator was dirty as well all the dishes, we had to wash everything before using it).

This is our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it even more than the first. Location is ideal and the host sees to it you have everything you need. Lovely indoors, and fabulous outdoor living space; the view is mesmerizing. 5 Stars!

We absolutely loved this house! The location is fantastic and the house is very comfortable. We stayed for three nights after going to Universal and Disney and this house was the perfect place to unwind after all the excitement. Stephanie was great and very responsive. We saw dolphins three days in a row, which was such a treat. I would definitely recommend this house and I’m hoping to visit again.

The location of the home was awesome nice quiet street. Having the pool was amazing for the kids to swim and get their morning and evening energy out. Only 5 minutes to the beach and plenty of parking.

The owner was terrific. I text pictures of things she should know and she responded within minutes.

The property was beautiful… inside and out. We all walked in and couldn’t believe our eyes. Wow! The home, the view. The wonderful pool. We had an amazing stay. We loved having Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms as well as dish and hand soap in the kitchen. It’s those little things that matter. Just love the ice bag in the freezer as well as the firewood for the fire pit. They also had pods for the washing machine. The beds were very comfortable as well. We used the pool a lot and also used the paddle boards to venture out on the Banana River. We walked to town… which was lovely. I loved the restaurants and the beach. We would definitely come back. The no see um bugs were very bad in the evening… but that’s due to the location. Eucalyptus/lemon spray seemed to help. On our last night, we had a dolphin sighting, not to mention the jumping fish. Thank you for an amazing vacation.!

I cant say enough good about our stay. Everything was great from start to finish. They owner was easy to get ahold of and available if we had any questions. The property itself was amazing. Only 5 or so blocks from the beach and restaurants. We walked to the beach everyday we were there. There were plenty of restaurants and bars you could walk to if you wanted to, but if you needed more to do there were more than enough options that were only a short uber ride away. Close enough to happening spots to be convenient, but still far enough away to feel like your in a little tropical oasis. The pool outback was perfect, I could have sat on the back patio for hours. The view was perfect and it was so peaceful on the water. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and updated. We stayed here after a cruise for a few nights and it was so convenient having a washer and dryer to do a load of laundry when we arrived. Honestly I wish we would have skipped the cruise and just stayed here for a week. I cant think of anything else the owner could have done to make this property anymore set up for her renters. We hope to come back to the area and this will be our 1st choice for another stay.

Nicely renovated and comfortable home with terrific pool and fire pit to enjoy the lovely canal views. The house had everything we needed readily available to us. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach. We also really appreciate places that will permit pets and accommodate them so well. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you to Stephanie for the pleasant and easy stay.

We have stayed in the area several times and this was hands down the best property. The entire house is updated with beautiful decor. Great location close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is just as listed and in a lovely spot on the Banana River as well as near to restaurants and shops. The house and surroundings truly are lovely. We had my toddler with us and the walk to/from the beach was a little much for her at times, even with our wagon. She loved the beach and the pool. Just a note, my husband and I found out the hard way that we are allergic to biting midges and the backyard was covered in them. No one else in our group had much of an issue, but we were covered in over 100 itchy bites—so I highly recommend bug spray. The paddle boards were a lot of fun, even for me, a first timer. I got to see a dolphin when we paddled a little further down the river. We did come very close to running out of toilet paper as well, but the owner was very quick to respond so I imagine if we had they would have been helpful. There was also no warning about mowers who came while we were there, including the backyard where we had to quickly move and get our dog inside. We were bummed they moved the rocket launch to after we left, but the beach here would have been perfect for watching the launch without getting out in the traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay and my daughter did not want to leave when it was time. We recommend: The Junk Food Bakery, The Tiny Turtle, The Fat Donkey, and Simply Delicious Cafe & Bakery.

This home is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The beach is right around the corner. We enjoyed the local restaurants.

This property was booked for many reasons; location, availability to allow pets, access to the canal and king size beds. The property is absolutely stunning and is everything that the description states! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for any home cook. The appliances are all up to date and function beautifully. The living area is comfortable and clean. We most definitely enjoyed our stay with the exception of two small problem areas: 1. There is no handrail at the steps of the pool. For those of us who are in our advanced years it makes it cumbersome to enter the pool without feeling unstable. 2. The backyard has an overabundance of beggar's lice and sand spurs, so if you have dogs or children be ready to inspect them before allowing them inside. Other than these two points we would return.

Stephanie was an incredible host. The house is amazing! My daughters loved the pool while I enjoyed the sun. We saw a dolphin in the canal almost daily! The house was VERY well equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised that beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, floats, even a beach cart were available for use. We loved using the standup boards to explore the canal as well. We had an amazing stay! I will be booking again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and spacious. The pool was perfect and we used the paddle boards daily. We saw dolphins every day and they were swimming beside us as we were paddle boarding. The owner was great and checked in with us.

If you are in town for a tournament at USSSA Space Coast, this is a great location. You have about a 30 minute drive but we loved being in Cocoa Beach. The pool was perfect for us after a long day at the ball field. The house was extremely well appointed. We found everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our stay. I was in contact with the owner, Stephanie, throughout the trip. She was amazing and made sure that we had a great stay.

Just spent an amazing week at this beautiful property. The photos do not do it justice. There is everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay and such a wonderful location. We even got to see a dolphin in the river.

We all enjoyed this house. It was very comfortable for our group, had everything we needed from the linens to pots and pans to shampoo and soap - and comfortable beds (not always the case in rentals!) Stephanie was helpful and responsive. I found great routes to run and it was an easy walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Just fantastic! Even better than the pictures! Lots of room in the house, great pool, beautiful riverfront dock, and close to everything! Made our family vacation perfect!
