The property sleeps 12 people, but max occupancy is 8. It says you have to pay for extra stuff like using their blankets and pillows, but they said we did not have to. We just used our own anyway since we already brought it all. Location was perfect, two blocks from the beach, Oceanside. Needed to Uber to the bars like Guidos Burritos and Seacrets though as it was too far to walk. The bus stop was one block away though if you don’t want to Uber. The property had two double beds in each bedroom and two pull out couches. Dogs allowed for a few of 20$ per night :) also expect to pay 300$ in cash as a deposit that the owner will return at the end of your stay if you didn’t break anything . I don’t know how the WIFI was because I had full service on my phone there and I have T-Mobile

It was a little dirty and the floor/outside patio seemed like it wasn’t up to code. Very uneven, almost looks like the patio roof may fall/leak water eventually. The AC was not very cold. The locks were sticky and I didn’t like that we couldn’t lock the bottom lock to the front door. Seemed unsafe given we were a bunch of girls on the first floor apartment right by the road/public sidewalk. The freezer was also leaking into the fridge which made everything in the fridge wet. Only one parking space per apartment and everyone else has to park on the street. There was a mix up too with the owner letting my sister park in the owners spot a block over where she lives but she also gave me a spot on the property lot . Then the owner came in at 9pm after we all already were drinking for the night and said we had to move my car from the apartment lot since she counted my sister parked in the owners personal spot down the block as our spot … good thing my aunt wasn’t drunk yet so she was able to move my car onto the street for me. That was honestly a very nerve racking experience, especially considering the owner had given me a pass to park at the apartment complex…. Why give us each a pass if we both couldn’t park then? Also definitely don’t expect to move your car after you park either. Or expect the other tenants to want you to move your car so they can get out. Not ideal. The 4 property spots are one in front of the other like a four square and one will have to move in the back in order for the front to get out.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful in showing us the rooms we booked and giving us a lot of helpful information about the area. They made sure everything was to our expectations. We would 100% book again in the future. Thank you guys!

The host was great, friendly and answered all your questions and gave you whatever you needed. Location was great, really short walk to beach.

Pleasant location near the boardwalk. Parking spot assigned to my unit hard to back out of, but hostess gave me a better one as soon as another unit was vacated. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

Parking very tight. Beds rather harder than we are used to. Only small selection of tv channels were available.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Willmington Terrace is walking distance to the Boardwalk with many restaurant choices and lots of fun water activities. We thoroughly enjoyed time together as a family in this lovely apartment. Helen, the apartment manager was very kind and helpful. We hope to come back again next summer.
