Sandra is an amazing host. Her home is well situated and she provides so many extra comforts to add to the experience. The place has farmhouse charm, and is uniquely positioned to access various points of the island. You will find everything you need and items you forgot or didn’t know you needed(earplugs:)) There is an outdoor fire pit and room for everyone to spread out. I would highly recommend her listing to family and friends.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location of PEI, close to all amenities, 10 minutes to beautiful Blooming point Beach, the house was stocked with lots of games for the kids, the bubble gum machine was a hit with the kids in our group. Sandra was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!!

Sandra's property is exactly as listed. Lovely clean space with anything you might need. Kitchen well stocked. She has really thought of everything. Home is in a great location for exploring the island.

This is a gorgeous property that allows you to stay on the property and entertain yourselves with various outdoor games available at the house, or you can jump in your car and drive about 10-15 minutes and spend a day at the beach. This house is in a great central location that allows you to easily explore any part of the island, which is what we ended up doing during our stay. Really great property that I cannot recommend enough.

The home is very comfortable. The host has everything you need and more. She truly cares about your comfort. She is amazing and so friendly! Very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay. If we ever get a chance to go back we will definitely reserve this home! Thank you Sandra!

We had a great stay. The house is spotless and comfortable. The road is a little busy but traffic died down in the evening.

The stay was perfect. I had a family funeral to attend and was looking for a place with at least 3 bed rooms. My self, my adult daughter and my senior parents all stayed here. It was clean, it had fantastic WiFi speeds and coverage in every room upstairs and the living room. Had a smart TV for Netflix, as well as a Full Bell TV package. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could think of needing. The BBQ worked well. We didn't have time to have a fire outside, but I'm sure it would have been a great experience. The weather and our timing with the events and family visits didn't align for a fire. Water is hot, water pressure is good. The TP is the good stuff. We even had a counter top ice maker if we wanted ice fast. The host was very helpful. The place has a dog on the property, and he's a lovely big guy. He will want to hang out with you out side. If you are not a dog person, he won't bother much after the first meeting. Or if you let the host know you may not even see him at all. I'd stay again if I'm ever back on the island and needed a place in that location and with that much room. Thank you Sandra for a lovely time. Considering the circumstances on my visit we had a great stay.

We had a great time on our new years getaway be had a big family and everything went smooth. Property was just perfect for our crazy!! Sandra was wonderful to deal with!

From the moment we saw Sandra’s listing and read the thorough and wonderfully detailed description we were beyond excited for our stay at the Tenmile House and knew it would be nothing short of fantastic. Our stay was short, but it was a such a memorable experience. The house is lovely, so nicely decorated and it has such a homey/cozy feel. It has all the amenities you could possibly think of. We wanted for nothing. It is in a great location, giving you the rural PEI charm but with Charlottetown only 20 minutes away! Sandra was so kind and welcoming; you can really tell she is so passionate about creating a wonderful environment for her guests. She is so proud of the adorable oasis she has created—as well she should be. Would definitely stay here again.

Tenmile House was nothing short of stunning. Sandra was an ideal host prior, during, and after our stay - with many hints, tips, and suggestions that elevated our experience. We had 9 guests (6 adults + 3 kiddos) and the property was an ideal "home base" for unforgettable adventures all over the island. The kitchen is better stocked than my own (no mean feat) and we found ourselves playing games late into the evening, just enjoying the space both inside and out. We will be back, and recommend Tenmile house to anyone visiting PEI!

We had a wonderful stay, 4 adults and 3 kids slept really comfortably and everything you could want to do is very easily accessible from the house. Sandra is a very thoughtful host who has anticipated anything you may need during your stay and the house amenities are exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Tenmile House. The house was beautiful and wonderfully decorated. We have stayed at a variety of rental homes over the years and this house was the most meticulously stocked. Every thing you could possibly think of, she had. Sandra lives in the adjacent property and was the best host. Tons of excellent recommendations and a willingness to help went above and beyond. She even offered to pick us up a pizza on a night we were short on time! We could not have felt more at home here. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this fabulous house on PEI.

If this property is available book it asap because it is everything you ever want from the gorgeous views to every little thing being provided in the house. I strongly recommend this house for anyone but me and my friends (23-25yrs old) had an amazing time here and cant thank Sandra enough for all that she did for us and hope to see you again!

We had an amazing stay at "The Tenmile House". Sandra and Jacob could not have been more accommodating. The house is so beautifully decorated and homey. Everything was ready for us when we got there including welcome wine and local craft beer. Great couple and great place to stay. The 10 of us couldn't be happier with our staycation. We planned a weekend for friends to hang out. Sandra's place was perfect. We had a great time.

It was a super place for Mom's to get their Daughters away for the weekend with No phones ! Not to far from town and loved the personal touch of wine! Thanks again Sandra!

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra and the Ten Mile house. We had an amazing time and had everything we needed at our fingertips. The house is in a central location and minutes to downtown Charlottetown, the beach, shopping and restos. Nothing is forgotten from chargers bedside to plush towels etc etc So many little touches!! The hosts are beyond kind, responsive and thorough. We will return to share wine by the fire!!
