We booked last minute for a Christmas getaway, and Julia was awesome to make sure everything was ready to go. It was the perfect house for a nice quiet stay with hot tub, ping pong table, and of course a smart TV for watching our Netflix. We had 8 with us and there was room for 2 more to be in beds. Thanks for the great experience.

We were in town to mountain bike and road bike and this location is right next to Coler. It's a perfect location for checking out Coler even if you don't MTB, you can go for a walk or get a coffee. We rode our bikes to the Greenway and also checked out Slaughter Pen. There is lots of room in the house, the kitchen is great and the hot tub is wonderful. We also played ping pong and did yoga on the porch.

We enjoyed our visit, the property had everything we needed and more! The host was quick to respond and readily answered all of my questions. We would definitely book again in the future!

We loved the location! Easy access to Coler bike trails and a short drive from everything we wanted to do.

All our adult children enjoyed the privacy and space of their own bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is very peaceful.

House was perfect! Plenty of room! Girls loved playing ping pong and listening to music! Nice screened in porch, very clean and manager made sure we had everything we needed!!

I needed a space to hold 8 people comfortably. I got that and more with this house. The screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and evening wine. We played yard games, grilled out and played ping pong. Half my group loves mountain biking. We were able to drop in a Coler Parking Lot without getting on a main road. As for the functionality and cleanliness of the house…I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus Julia was such a gracious host. She left local beers and champagne in the fridge for us. She was always available to communicate. I didn’t have any issues with the house but if I had, she would have promptly responded. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this house for any large group.

Excellent location bordering Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. House was in great shape and everything worked well. Ping pong table was a plus for the kids. Smart TV was set up with Hulu and Netflix. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless and well organized! It was very close to the things we wanted to do! I had the master suite! It was fabulous. My friends in the other 4 bedrooms wished they had mirrors and trash cans in their rooms. But everyone thought their mattresses and bedding were wonderful! If we come back to this area for a getaway, we will definitely see if this house is available!
