Luke's property was absolutely amazing. The apartment lived up to expectations and was a fantastic base to explore Brighton. The art deco theme and its history made it a weekend to remember. Would definitely recommend a stay here with the close proximity to the seafront.

Beautiful & Unique House
Stayed with 5 friends for a wonderful weekend in Brighton. The Art Deco bar and cinema area are fantastic for socialising and making an event really special! The bedrooms and decor are exceptional and the hosts were attentive and friendly. The information provided was so helpful and they left a few treats for check in as well. Would recommend 100%.

Top class apartment and the attention to detail was unbeatable. Luke was on hand to answer any questions we had and check in was seamless. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Top class art deco furniture in every room. Beautiful bathrooms and of course the piece de resistance was the amazing cinema room and cocktail bar. After 18 months of not seeing each other due to covid, it was wonderful to be able to relax , chat and share so much laughter in these beautiful surroundings. The apartment was stocked with everything you need from glassware to crockery. The location was perfect on the seafront and close to shops, restaurants and bars. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and will most definitely be returning. 5*****

Amazing apartment!!!
Had a lovely stay at Bedford House! 10/10, would stay again. Warm welcome from Luke, very helpful with things to do in the local area. Ideal spot close to all amenities with plenty to do for all.

We very much enjoyed all the entertainment areas, a well equipped kitchen, a stunning bar to sit and chat over a perfectly chilled wine. Then a wow factor tv screen.
Great to be right on Brighton’s front just had to readjust to a basement venue ,reduced daylight during the day. Seating is ideal for movies not so much for communal lounging. But being where it’s located, it’s so easy to find a coffee shop. 100% recommend and hope to be back in the future.
