House was perfect for a short family get away. Walking distance to most things we needed.

This property was great for our adult trip. There were many great walkable restaurants and the beach was well within our walking ability as we were all over 65. Tara went above and beyond by texting us while we were at dinner to let us know there was an unscheduled rocket taking off in a few minutes. We were able to get outside and see the entire launch making our trip a success.

This house is in an awesome location. A bunch of really good restaurants within easy walking distance, close to the beach, and with a dock on the river right at the house. We saw manatees and a dolphin right from the dock. The hosts were so responsive when we contacted them. We would gladly stay at this property again! Thank Tara and Kelly.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The property was clean and all the little extra things that were available (bikes, pool toys, grill, towels, and so much more) made our stay that much more pleasant. The neighborhood is gorgeous and such a pretty walk to the beach and downtown. We really enjoyed seeing dolphins near the dock. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful with recommendations and local activities.

The house / pool/ dock/ neighborhood / bikes/ beach toys.. all available .. We loved the bike rides the through the quiet neighborhood.. its about 1.5 hours fr disney world . We had such a beach life experience

This rental didn’t disappoint. Amazing amenities (pier and pool). Nice size rooms with plenty of beds. Nice kitchen. Has extra items available (beach stuff. Bikes. Fishing poles). Great communication before and during. The location is great. Easy walk to beach. And to bars. Restaraunts on beach. Shopping. Neighborhood was safe and cozy. Pier was my favorite. The fishing. Paddle board. Sitting and just relaxing.

Enjoyed our time here! The pool was nice and we were able to walk to the 2nd street beach which was nice and quiet! Sleeping set up worked great for our family of 6 (4 young kids). Communication with hosts was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property!! It was super comfy with all the blankets and things they provided for us. We had tons of beach stuff, games, and even some bikes that we were able to use. And when the hurricane hit and our flights were cancelled they let us stay with absolutely no problem. We would definitely come back here in the future!

I am happy to give this property and manager a five star rating. The house is everything that was promised. The location is great ... Close to numerous beaches and shops. The manager was great with communication. The pool got plenty of use during our stay as a good way to burn energy off our five grandchildren!!!

This place was PERFECT there were 7 of us. My wife and kids loved the pool. The surrounding area had lots to offer. We saw a manatee and a dolphin from the dock! The supplies in the garage came in useful for the beach trip. Kelly has an awesome place and a piece of paradise. I would recommend if you are looking for a great spot, look no further. Book her property if it’s available!

This was a perfect house for what we needed. After a grueling 5 days in Orlando with all the parks there- this mama needed a vacation from the vacation, so we tacked on 3 days of vacation to the end of the first days and headed to Cocoa Beach. I’ve never been here before, it was a lovely little town. Lots of options for parks/beach time food, and shopping. The house was in a perfect location close to shops and restaurants. The owners had a wonderful welcome folder available that gave suggestions on where to eat and what beaches to go to. We were able to chill at the house and enjoy the pool. Sit at the dock early in the morning and enjoy the sounds of nature, take walks in the evening to the end of the road to see lovely sunsets and every night we could see a dolphin friend in the canal! The house was very clean, had some basic kitchen items that were helpful (salt and pepper and dishwasher tabs), instructions for being at the house and how to work the TV’s were very clear. Lots of beach towels for us. It’s not a super fancy/up graded property- but it was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. I LOVED the family photos on the walls. It really added a personal touch. Overall, great stay and we would recommend for anyone going to cocoa beach or surrounding area.

We had a great time during our week at Kelly's Beach House. The location is great - close enough to EVERYTHING but still private and quiet! The house is stocked with everything you could need. We didn't have enough time to use it all! Our kids loved the pool, and it was perfect for some time at the house. The dishes in the kitchen were so perfectly beachy! We enjoyed the layout of the space - the living room has tons of seating, and we were able to relax and watch movies. The dock was awesome! We got great pictures of a manatee right up next to us. We only came home yesterday, but we're already dreaming of going back to this house!

Had a wonderful time. Fished, went to the beach, and swam in the heated pool. Home was very comfortable and really enjoyed our vacation. Host was very informative however, did not bother us while on our vacation. Neighbors are friendly and saw a few dolphins swimming by the dock! Would stay again if we go back to this area.

Tara was amazing to work with, the home and area are in a perfect location for making wonderful memories. Plenty of games and toys for all ages made for a fun evening in and the bikes were a huge hit. Love staying here and would definitely stay again.

Our family of four had a very really time staying at this property: the location is perfect to go to the beach, to go to restaurants (walking distance) and enjoy the Cocoa beach fun. It was a very quiet street, so we slept very well. The host was very nice and responsive when we had a request. The house is well equipped with everything you would need when on vacation. It is exactly as described. I will certainly stay there again if I travel again to Cocoa Beach!

We couldn’t have been happier for the location of this property. The private pool, dock across the street and closeness to the beach was ideal for us. Kelly promptly answered all of our questions and also had it laid out nicely in a spiral book in the property. Check-in/out was simple and easy. We will bring our family back next time as the property has plenty of room for everyone.

It was a lovely home close to all amenities,my only complaint would be the amenities the house was supposed to have there were there but mostly broken and couldn’t be used ,beach umbrellas,boogie boards etc,but my grandson loved the little kids trike bike.The host was very friendly and always reachable and accommodating if needed.I’d definitely consider staying again.overall was a wonderful stay with my family!!I would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this home. Everything is within walking distance. The neighbors were extremely nice. My family had a great time and we will look to return next summer.

This was a great location. House was clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful. My only reason for overall 4 stars is the condition of items that were mentioned for use - bikes were not in good condition ( ex. chain wouldn’t stay on one), took the umbrellas to the beach only to find they were broken, one chair was also broken. Biggest complaint was that there is only 1 shower. If this was in the description, I must have missed it. One shower for 7 people was not fun. Also, no locks on bedroom doors… difficult to have privacy with little ones that haven’t learned to knock.

This property has everything going for it. Quiet street, but close to the beach and several good restaurants. Will stocked and thoughtful house. Large pool that it suitable for swimming laps. And about as close as you can get to KSC is you have a kid attending a day space camp. We'll be looking for this property when we visit Cocoa beach area in the future.

Very easy check in process. All information about property is accurate. Needed help on a few things and owners were very prompt on answering. Great week and really glad there was a pool.

Looking to enjoy the Coco Beach area while having your own peaceful relaxing place. This is a place for you.. Very close to all Coco beach has to offer but just off the main beach drive in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Everything listed on this location was as mentioned. Our family of 5 had all the room we would need and with all the extra activities / items listed on the property keep our children active thru out our stay. Highly recommended this property.
