We stayed for a week. The house is clean and gorgeous. Kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The communication with a property manager was quick and very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here.

The house was very nice clean and in great condition. The only thing was the water pressure was horrible in the bathrooms. You could hardly shower or brush your teeth. N ed to fix the water pressure. Other than that it was great. The back yard is set up really nice with chairs and umbrellas. Love it

We had a group of women that get together once a year in various locations and we loved it! Had everything you could need or want, great location, super clean and spacious. Lots of great amenities. I would definitely rent this home again!

It was a great property and a very enjoyable stay. The only complaint was there was only 4 bath towels total for 2 bathrooms so we had to do laundry multiple times.
It was in a great location. Nice background with pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time there. We would stay here again!

Wonderful accommodation in Palm Springs. Convenient location, communication, amenities and more. The backyard with pool and hot tub was top notch. Would recommend and hope to make it back soon.

Home is lovely on a quiet street. The outdoor with pool is lovely even though we experienced three sand and wind storms and the coldest February on record. We met the owners a lovely couple that were quick to accommodate our requests. The resident manager Shana responded to our emails quickly. This rental has everything you need and highly recommended.

We we’re on a girls trip and this home was absolutely perfect for us! The backyard set up is amazing and the local contact was super helpful. All around amazing stay!

Rented the home for short family vacation. Home was well kept all amenities. Really clean, home is stocked with extra towels, linens. Would stay again. My kids enjoyed the pool.

This house was great, we had a small getaway for a birthday and it was everything we needed. Place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing and there was plenty of lounge areas if you just want to lay out in the sun. Shana from RIDER Residential was extremely communicative with everything we needed and answered all our questions promptly. She made sure our stay was everything we wanted and needed. We will definitely come back to this house.

This house is beautiful, super clean, nice neighborhood, and has everything you need! The pictures don’t do justice. The property manager was so nice and easy & quick to contact. Would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here.

Wonderful!
We loved our 2 week stay. The location was close to El Paseo, restaurants, grocery stores and golf. The home was exactly as pictured…beautiful, spotless and perfect for 4 people. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The master was amazing. The other two bedrooms and bath were smaller but comfortable. One was used as storage for suitcases and golf clubs as the garage was off limits. The outdoor area was nirvana with pool, hot tub, great seating areas and cozy fire pit. Our guest contact Rick was very responsive to our questions and needs (even letting us check in early and out an hour late). Thanks Rick. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We would definitely stay here again!
