The bar staff was super kind, helpful and friendly. I stubbed my toe and it was badly sprained and they got me ice immediately and enquired after if I was ok. The breakfast was AMAAAAAZING. Poss the best I have ever had. It was varied, proper coffee, fresh ingredients in abundance, just super. Rooftop pool was also great!!!!

Beds were horrible, balcony so small you could not use it. It was super noisy from the outside. The reception staff was very unfriendly, overworked and just rude. I had a question how much a taxi would be to the Girne Gate in the old town and the receptionist was super patronizing and rude and asked me if I meant the gate or the town "Girne". Out of order, especially as I have lived and worked in TRNC before. Please train your receptionist staff and tell them about costumer service (smiiile). 2 receptionists were "working" and one of them was a trainee and was totally out of his depth. Had to wait ages to check in. The location was just suuuuuper far away from everything and opposite was a garage or sth where men yelled and screamed from early morning on. I found this hotel anonymous, depressing and would not stay again. Waste of money and time.
