The staff was very attentive to all our needs. The room was clean and spacious with all basic needs provided. The food was good and reasonably priced. The owners were friendly and accomodating. Transportation via tuktuk to anywhere on the island is waiting right outside the resort.

The Hotel has great common areas. We stayed in a entry level room and then we moved to a villa, totally worth the upgrade fee. All the staff are wonderful, always ready to help and assist.
The entry level rooms need to go under refurbishment, especially the bathrooms

L'environnement est très paisible, l'hôtel est décoré avec goût. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon, il y a divers choix. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est complet. Le personnel est souriant, aux petits soins. Possibilité de louer un scooter à la journée donc très pratique (350 pesos). La chambre est grande, le lit confortable.
Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour mais nous regrettons que sur plus de la moitié de notre séjour des travaux étaient effectués autour de notre chambre toute la journée. Nous espérions plus nous reposer et vu le mauvais temps sur l'île, nous avons malheureusement passé beaucoup de temps à l'hôtel avec le bruit des marteaux. Nous avons été prévenus le matin même seulement. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.
Aussi, je tiens à préciser que la personne qui conduit le van pour le transfert vers l'aéroport n'est pas du tout prudent sur la route, il roulait très vite. Moi et d'autres personnes dans le van ont été malades après le trajet. Je pense qu'il faut que l'hôtel arrête de travailler avec cette personne qui est vraiment imprudante.

Everything was excellent. The room and facilities were beautiful. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast and food at the restaurant was so delicious we ended up eating dinner here every night! Must try the French toast for breakfast and the pork abodo. Perfect honeymoon spot

Celebrating Christmas “Pasko” in the Philippines been long overdue because of Pandemic. Staying at Las Palmas was what we were looking for. It has been a great stay with great hospitality provided by amazing Staff members.
Dreamy Latte made by Professional Barista in the morning and creative cocktails by Professional Bartender at night. Enjoyed different kinds of cakes, night swimming in a Beautiful pool.

Excellent staff and accommodation. Really could not have asked for a better stay! Great service, food , coffee and facilities were sublime
A few broken pool tiles but no biggie unless your worried about kids feet and sharp edges. Back area behind room where the shower is can be a little stinky, and there’s nothing stopping the mosquitos attacking you while you use the restroom at night as the design of the room sections the shower/toilet off from the air conditioned room via a glass wall, essentially having an open air bathroom.

We like the location. The interior of bathroom is nice and the room interior is nice too.
The food is not that great. And the room we stayed in is a little bit older compared to their other rooms. The pool looks dirty.

loved the style of the resort. we asked to stay a day earlier and so we managed to stay at the casita which was really cute! we moved to the apartments for the rest of our stay after which was just as good! not as big it wasn’t that much of a difference. except that the apartments don’t get Netflix which was sad bc I started watching a series in the casita but couldn’t continue at the apartment lol
we stayed in Cuarto 1 the only thing that was really really bad about the stay was that the footsteps from people upstairs and people going down the stairs was SO loud.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I felt home during my stay. Shout out to everyone in the front desk for going beyond when I incorrectly booked my stay.
