Symphonie The apartment itself was lovely and as expected. We struggled because we are a family with two small children and the apartment is difficult to access with a pram. The lift is too small to accommodate a pram so we had to leave it in the lobby. Also, no parking aside from a multi-storey car park under the Capitole square which is expensive and difficult to access as no lift to street level. This was the only issue though so if you are a party of adults it’s a great spot with loads to do and easy access to the best sights of Toulouse! Thank you for having us!

Symphonie "PROS: Amazing/perfect location, beautiful apartment and views waking up in the morning, very spacious and comfortable place, many restaurants and groceries stores nearby. Elevator by the apartment door which helped my father-in-law with mobility issues (FYI: it does not fit a wheelchair). Cocoonr communication was really good; quick replies and very helpful. CONS: The bed in the smaller room is NOT King size, felt like a double bed. The mattress is permanently concave (sunken) in the middle, so not really suitable for 2 adult persons. Only good if you are sleeping alone or maybe for kids (?). Noise is mostly heard from the room facing the street but to be expected when renting in this area of town. Keep in mind, as mentioned by previous review, only 1 toilet, but 2 separate showers. Was not an issue for us."

Symphonie The apartment was spacious, comfortable, bright, quiet and clear, as well in an outstanding location. A few steps away from the central square, restaurants, shops, markets and everything you might want. Highly recommended!

Symphonie "The location of this unit is fantastic, with easy access to stores and restaurants. However, the apartment is high volume and run down. The photos are accurate, but the flat is showing usage. We left four days early as we are a picky NYC family, and the price didn't match the quality of the apartment. The agency was OK but aggressive when concerns were expressed. The group was unresponsive until weeks after we left. Frankly, we never even asked for a refund or discount, and they tried to blame us as bad tenants when my family was there for only a few days. The person covering the unit never responded to any text messages. Overall, the group used aggressive language (it was our fault the unit did not meet standards), was accusatory, and we would not rent a unit from them going forward. This site would be an excellent location for young people or groups of friends."

Symphonie "The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in the heart of Toulouse, adjacent to the Capitol. The hosting agency (Agence Cocoonr Toulouse) had agents meet us at the apartment and give us a tour and walkthrough, and to hand over the keys. Communicating with the agents was easy and effective. It should be noted that the bedroom/office (the 3rd bedroom) has a pullout couch that is quite uncomfortable. The main and second bedrooms have comfortable beds though. I highly recommend this apartment and the hosts."

Un appartement 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, localisé en plein centre de Toulouse. Propreté correcte, équipement laissant toutefois un peu à désirer (lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas, plaque électrique temporaire à 2 zones uniquement, terrasse pas propre)

Logement très bien situé comme indiqué à deux pas du capitole, mais la communication avec l'agence a été compliquée au début, et pour l'accueil il n'a pas été possible d'avancer d'1 heure la remise des clés ce qui a été un peu génant. Sinon, après tout s'est bien passé et le logement est très propre et agréable
