I have stayed there a couple of time and initially the service was good.however my last stay was horrible. I changed my room thrice in a span of 2 nights. AC wasnt cooling at all and rooms are a bit stuffy and congested and the management is just not concerned about customer reviews. The maintenance team literally cleaned the AC filter in front of me at 12 in the night. Wasn’t it a peer of AC service? The next day AC was shutting off in 5. mins and the maintenance took 1 hour to do R&D and finally changed my room 🤦🏼♀️
Room rates are also not worth it. Its supposed to be a new property but a lot of stuff inside rooms are broken. Service has gone totally downhill. Breakfast is also very average. Hope they room services- not recommend for stay in summers

Of 3 nights stay guards do not even care to open or closes the car door nor the hotel door

Nice comfortable rooms, a good bed and a nice big shower. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

All the staff members including reception, restaurants, house keeping, security are very polite, helpful and courteous.
Breakfast spread is good, the south Indian dishes are very well prepared. The ginger lemon masala tea was great.
The food is excellent.
We tried Indian, Chinese and Continental. All dishes were 5 star and value for money.
Sonu the chef is great. Chaina, from house keeping is very efficient.
The Executive Suite is huge with a separate Drawing/Dining, well designed spacious room. The bathroom is large with reasonably good amenities.
The property is huge with adequate parking.
We stayed in the Executive Suite on 3rd Floor, which has a private party/Bar room next to it. The parties are very noisy and continue late into the night beyond 11 PM. Impossible to sleep because of the noise.
I had to complain to the reception on all days regarding the noise.
Suggest that either the party room be closed/shifted or the Executive Suite be discontinued from being offered to guests.
