The first time we went away for the weekend and didn’t want to go anywhere but enjoy their home. It was amazing. Especially the view!

Our family loved the property. Bathrooms were of high quality, TV was easy to use (and included cable TV without having to sign-in), and house is in close proximity to downtown.

We were so impressed with all of the details and the incredible views! It made for a wonderful family getaway where lots of memories were made, and the visit was too short. We appreciated how everything was well-stocked and so comfortable too. Wonderful spot!!!

This was our third visit to your home, and once again it was wonderful. Beautiful property and views. Everything you need in a relaxing vacation is right here along with the best Host ever. This is our 6th time staying at "Old World Charm" and each time we absolutely hate leaving. This home is breathtaking, tastefully decorated, and has well-appointed furnishings inside and out. Everything in the pictures is spot on. We especially love the hot tub, movie theatre, steam shower, spectacular views and there is just so much more! The view from the hot tub is like nothing else! This is by far the best all-around VRBO we’ve stayed at, it’s very clean (even the widows are clean), the pictures are exactly what you get, the owners, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere along with the location. It is so close to everything, and it is a great base camp for all the attractions but is tucked away in a serene area of Woodland Park. The theater room is always such a hit to enjoy at the end of a great day! Lastly, it is so refreshing to have such a fantastic host as Dave. Dave and his wife are absolutely lovely, thoughtful, and communicative and have thought of everything for you to relax and enjoy their little slice of heaven in the mountains. If you are thinking about booking just do it, you will not be disappointed! We will continue to book this VRBO each time we are in Colorado although, with all their fantastic reviews and how impressive the home is, we may not be able to book this house easily. Love to keep this little gem all to ourselves!

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities that you could ask for. The location is fantastic for all the local hot spots and sight seeing. Dave and Leslie are great host and respond in a timely manner. The kids loved the theatre room and the view from the hot tub is beautiful. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a luxury vacation home.

Wow! This property did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. The location was perfect for a visit to Woodland Park and Colorado Springs. The adults enjoyed all the amenities and attention to detail of the house (chain gutters?!, so impressive and unique), teens enjoyed the movie and game room, but all were in awe of the views of Pikes Peak and surroundings! Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Leslie for sharing your home!

This house really has it all! It starts with the view.........absolutely breathtaking! Add in the movie theater, sauna, jacuzzi tub, traeger grill, gas grill, and hot tub, just to name a few, and you've got the perfect home to enjoy, plus close enough to enjoy all the beautiful sights of the area. (Garden of the Gods, 7 Waterfalls, Cheyenne zoo, North Pole) We had an absolute blast! David and Leslie are wonderful hosts, and it was a pleasure to meet them! We highly recommend this outstanding property!!

The house was so perfect for our family. Such a beautiful home inside and out. Plenty of space to be together or to be in separate spaces. The theatre and game room were fun. The outdoor space was to die for. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit almost every night and you can’t beat sitting in a hot tub and looking at pikes peak. We named the willow flycatchers that hung out with us and landed on our shoulders Wilbur and Wilhemena. There was a lovely buck deer that visited every morning . He was just gorgeous and made us feel welcome. The home was perfectly appointed with everything we could have needed. It was quiet and felt secluded even though there are other homes close by. Quick drive to Colorado Springs or manitou springs. Would come back without hesitation!!! Loved it.

Easily the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. This house is epic! From the decor to the movie theater to the hot tub with views of Pike's Peak. Nothing was overlooked. A fantastic central location for all the day trips you could want. We highly recommend and will certainly return when we are back in Colorado.

The amenities were first rate from the grill to the deck to the hot tub, indoor seating and spacious rooms. Loved the indoor movie theater and breathtaking views from most all rooms in the house.

What a magical property! Cancel your spa appointments and use the hot tub, master bathtub, and steam shower with rain shower and multiple sprayers. We ended every night in the hot tub and then cozied up under the starry ceiling theater. In the morning we woke up to deer walking through the property. What makes this property even better are Dave and Leslie who take great care of you. Our first night we got in extremely late and the next morning woke up to quite a bit of snow that we weren't prepared for. They thoughtfully brought us food to tide us over until we could get out. The house has everything you could possibly need and the best kitchen set up we've had in a rental. The guys enjoyed the arcade table and I loved sitting on front of one of the many fireplaces reading and taking in the views. We were lucky enough to see Woodland Park covered in snow which made the views even more magestic. The town is close enough to Colorado Springs and Canon City to use as a home base. If you are planning on visiting any of these areas just do yourself a favor and give this house a try.

This was our second visit to this beautiful home, and it doesn't disappoint. Beautiful views with a beautiful home. We are already ready to come back again!!

We spent our spring break here with our 17, 14, and 12 year old and everything was great. The views are absolutely incredible and the kids loved the hidden room and theater. Mom loved all fireplaces and hot tub. It was cleaned and well stocked. Close enough to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs to take advantage of what they have to offer as well. Overall fantastic and definitely recommend.

This home is in a great location and allowed for ultimate relaxation or daily adventures, whichever was preferred for the day. For two workaholics, this was an amazing home with options to relax and recharge. One of the best vacations we have had in a long time. Definitely a return location.

The property was moderately secluded, and VERY quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were communicative and warned us about shifts in weather to make sure we were prepared. They even dropped a care package of snacks, coffee, and extra supplies! We would absolutely love to come back here. The advertised features are all accurate, the hot tub views of pikes peak were gorgeous as well.

I highly recommend this property. The pictures online really don't do justice. It's in a great location just about a couple of minutes off the main road in Woodland Park. Very clean, and extremely well stocked home. Too many luxuries to list. Only thing that was missing was a king-sized bed for this Castle House.

When you make the turn on the street to Old World Charm, the surrounding views (including Pike’s Peak) immediately take your breath away. Once inside the home you will enjoy tasteful, well-appointed furnishings that are both warm and welcoming, not to mention the home has every comfort you could possibly want. The home is close to everything, and is a great base camp for all the attractions but it is tucked away in a peaceful and serene area of Woodland Park. Every description and every photo is EXACTLY what is depicted … no surprises It was refreshing to have a host such as Dave. He was exceptional and was quick in answering any questions we had … At Old World Charm… PROMISES MADE - PROMISES KEPT!

We have traveled extensively for over 40 years. This home is second to none in our travels. Excellent location, large outdoor living area to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty of the area, a “Chef” style kitchen for those who prefer to fix their own meals and a home theater where you can unwind after an active day in the mountains. Dave is a gracious host who sets a high standard in the home rental industry.

The house was amazing, clean, comfortable and really cool. The outdoor area in particular was amazing for early fall & amazing weather and spectacular views. Dave was a really responsive host and made things go super easy for our week stay. The area is stunning and lots to do including hiking and wildlife life close by. This was by far one of the best home-away stay we have had.

This is an excellent place to stay while you are in Woodland Park. It has everything you could want in a custom decorated home. This was our 4th stay and we will be back soon!!

Medieval style with Pikes Peak view. If you like a little mystery and intrigue there are hidden rooms! The home movie theatre was outstanding!

This house lived up to all its 5-star ratings. Clean, well stocked, and responsive host! It is a great location - felt secluded yet convenient to so many must-see sights as well as necessities (grocery stores, etc.). We spent a lot of time on the deck with its amazing views, hot tub, and fire pit. Very glad we selected this house for our family vacation.

We had an amazing time at this house. The location was perfect, with great views and wildlife everywhere. We had no issues with the house and it was very clean. Got to meet one of the owners, David, and he is such a nice guy. We’ve already shared with several other people. We stayed here with our 3 young boys and they loved it.
