We had such a wonderful stay in this gem! We were traveling with our 2 young children and we all agreed this was the best rental for all. The beds were super comfortable, quiet location, everything we needed to cook and be at home. And the paddle boat was great and my kids favorite part!

We stayed at Pam’s on a work trip. House was very comfortable. We were working nights and sleeping during day. House was perfect.

We had a great stay here. Location is ideal, view is gorgeous, and unit is spacious and fully equipped, with lots of extras. Owners were very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitely stay here on our next trip, if it’s available.

Truly amazing hosts and great property! Kiddos loved the paddle boat and lake, we enjoyed being able to stretch out and unwind in the super large living room and bedroom (after many days camping in Denali). We were there for the Summer Solstice festival weekend and got to cheer on the runners right from the house! Highly recommend!

This rental was a perfect fit for our family for our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Our boys loved the bunk bed! Fully stocked kitchen, great views of the lake, and very comfortable beds! We would stay here again given the chance.

This is the downstairs half of a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood, central to the Fairbanks area. We visited my daughter and 2 grandsons for a week, and this place was plenty big enough for sleepovers and movie nights with the boys while mom and dad went on a date. We took the little paddleboat for a sail on the lake, fed the ducks and gathered cattails for fun. This place suited our needs perfectly and we will use it when we visit Fairbanks again.

Visiting for a conference. Loved the neighborhood. Very comfortable for 4 adults, with a a large kitchen dining gathering space and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Unfortunately and the weather did not allow us to enjoy the deck, BBQ and lake view up close, but did enjoy seeing the lake through the windows! Did get to walk around the neighborhood one morning when the rain was at bay! Would definitely return.

Three retired couples shared this rental for a week last week. The property is in excellent condition, like new. The deck and grill in the back were excellent and used several times during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with good appliances. I recommend this rental and hope I get to return to Alaska and rent this property again.

The lake is so beautiful! The owner is fridenly. I will be back in the future.

We spent 10 days at this property which is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is an extremely clean home, beds are comfortable and is stocked with anything you need. We had four adults and three teenagers in the home and never felt crowded. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boat and good fishing on the pond out the back door. Location is close to airport, grocery store and downtown. Pam and John are extremely generous and gracious hosts. On our next visit to Fairbanks we will not consider another property.

Pamela, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO with its beautiful view of the lake. It was spacious and comfortable for our family, was well equipped and had all that we needed, except salt/pepper. We left you some of that in the cupboard with a can of PAM. I was familiar with the coffee maker but some instructions might be helpful for others. It was so comfortable we would have been happy staying longer. The location was good for us with good access to airport, Safeway grocery, restaurants, Museum of the North, and other areas. Hope the trip to AZ was good. Easy check in, convenient location in Fairbanks while still being in quiet neighborhood and backing up to a quaint pond, very roomy and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was lovely and worked out very well for my family! Pam was very helpful! Perfect place for our stay!

Light colored carpet so there is a no shoe rule , shoes off before you come downstairs. Not as well stocked. But I would stay here again.

We spent a week and a half at the Riverview for a work trip. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook all our own meals. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The unit is very spacious and comfortable so we could all spread out and feel at home. We didn't spend much time outside as we were working all day but the setting is very nice and there is a nice deck / patio area with a great view and a nice BBQ. We had no complaints. Owners Pam and John were very helpful and accommodating with any requests but were also respectful of our privacy and didn't bother us with anything. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Fairbanks to visit my son and his new wife. The location was perfect, only a few miles from my son's apartment, and close to everything. The house is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood, and is extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I would defiantly recommend this place to friends and family.
