This was our second time at this beautiful property and once again we loved our visit! The environment is comfortable, inviting, and clean. The lanai was our favorite spot to spend a relaxing day; we especially loved swimming in the spacious, warm pool!

The AC experienced an issue during our stay but Drew was able to get it sorted out right away for us with little to no impact. Drew was a grest host and the property was clean and very comfortable. Cant beat the proximity to Siesta Keys for the price. Would recommend this for any family as having a pool was a huge treat for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Spent most of the time on the spacious patio. This is a quiet neighborhood in a great location!

This house was beautifully decorated and had everything our family of six could need. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles for the kids, and a wagon and two coolers for beach trips. The bedrooms were large and clean with comfy mattresses. We loved coming home after a long day at the beach to chill by the pool-board games and a large screen tv were both options on the lanai. The fenced backyard was great for the kids to catch geckos and play volleyball. Checking in and out was easy and Drew the property manager was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Thanks for a lovely Thanksgiving holiday in warm, sunny Florida.

We had an awesome month. Pool was perfect! The lanai was a very relaxing place. We spent most our time there while we were at the house. There is a refrigerator, tv, couch, table and chairs all on the lanai. Drew was a great host. Communication with him was quick and easy. We would definitely rent there again.

Beautiful house, very good cleanliness, with all the comforts, I would have liked to stay 15 days, everything is close, pharmacy stores, places to eat, the beach, the spectacular and very clean pool, and most importantly, the communication with the host was Perfect from the day I made the reservation, we really liked everything a lot, next summer we will be there. Thank you very much for everything Mr Moody.

Everything you need
We had a great time in Siesta Key. Loved this home's proximity to everything! Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager. The place is well supplied with all the beach gear you would need. Pool is a great size and was so refreshing.

Property was disappointing
The online pictures are deceiving. The house is very old, which is fine if they were keeping up on maintenance.
We brought our dog and the back yard is dirt, no grass.
I liked the lanai, but it needed to be power washed badly. The pool was always dirty within an hour of being cleaned.
The furniture was filthy.
The screening was full of spider webs.
All and all it just needs TLC. They need to come and see it. I never heard from Drew to check on our stay except to say the pool guy was replacing the pump ( didn’t help the pool)
You have to go through one bedroom to get to the master. No big deal, but be aware.
The inside is clean and well stocked.
I would not rent again.

Spring Break 2022
We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool does not get much sun. However, we did enjoy the pool area and it was nice to be able to watch the NCAA games on the outside TV while the kids played in the pool. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great house with delightful pool area
My family of 6 and my husband’s sister’s family of 5 stayed here together. We had little kids up through teenagers. It was a simple process to book the house and easy to check in. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always replied quickly to any questions we had. The house itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Our favorite area, though, was the outside pool area, where we spent most of our time. The pool doesn’t get much afternoon sun at all, which for some is a perk and for others not as much. :) An outdoor kitchen as well as an outdoor tv were really nice for our group! We highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Emergency travel yet excellent property experience.
We were gathering from all over the United States for celebration of life for my sister. We ended up having more beds than needed yet the property was just what we needed. The pool looks very inviting yet mother nature's cold weather was not conditions for swimming.

Great location.
This was our first time in Sarasota so we wanted to explore. Everything was within 15 to 20 minutes - airport, museums, parks, and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and a great area to walk our dog. House was very clean with plenty of room for 5 plus the dog.

Sarasota stay
My husband and I really enjoyed our two month stay here. The house was adorable and had everything you could need for your stay - tons of towels (beach and bath), kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cookware, house well furnished and plenty of beach amenities.
Cute home layout with a view of the pool from almost every room.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and close to everything - gym, grocery store, shopping.
This home was the first in our new adventure to Florida and we could not have asked for a better place to stay.

It was wonderful. If I had any negative comment is the pool was a little blurry, and the pull down bed had not been used in a long time would of liked fresh cleaned sheets… but overall GREAT!

January in Sarasota
We rented the property for a warm weather getaway for the month of January. The property is very clean, the property manager Drew is highly responsive to any messages he receives and takes action immediately. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and the listing is very accurate. The location is close to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota, and the neighborhood nice and quiet. The pool is great, very clean and maintained weekly. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

Love that lanai
We enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed while chilling out on the huge lanai. The pool was warm, the property was well cared for, and the location is great for shopping, beaches, restaurants, and highway access. The owner is responsive, easy to work with, and we had a blast!

The cleanest house ever!
What a beautiful place to stay! Extremely clean, spacious, beautiful! We liked everything about this house, big and clean pool, nice patio with big screen TV with dining and fridge, kitchen with everything you need, lots of sleeping places with like new bedding, many many towels, including beach towels, lots of beach equipment, convenient location, and very nice and responsive hosts! 5 stars all around, we are already planning our next year vacation in this house.

Amazing Property in a Quiet neighborhood
Drew's house was an amazing escape for us nearly 2 months. House is simple with a great floor plan. Has everything you need. Outdoor wet bar, fridge, dining, couch, large TV all by the well maintained pool. Indoor, nice size living room, plenty of bedroom space and well maintained house with new kitchen. Highly recommend. Also, Drew was very responsive to the minimal requests and easily accessible when needed. Will definitely seek one of his properties out again in the future.

Five star experience!
My family rented Drew’s house in March 2020, right in the beginning of the COVID pandemic.
Our experience with the house & Drew was FANTASTIC. When we opened the door to the house, you could smell how clean it was, which was very important for us & our small children.
The outdoor living area was perfect - dining table, couch, big screen TV, pool, wet bar & large fridge - we spent most of our time out there.
Drew’s communication was very amazing and he was quick to answer any questions, no matter how small.
Drew even stopped by to bring us more Toilet Paper since all the stores were sold out at the time.
We would 100% recommend renting this house and we hope to rent it again in the future.

Great Location and Amenities
The house and facilities were accurate as described, everything was clean and easy to keep clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and appliances. Pool and yard were lovely, and house was well situated for us, easy drive to beaches, downtown Sarasota and walking trails. Three large, flat-screen smart TVs with cable and Netflix an added plus. Would definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Loved the warm pool!
Clean home in a quiet nice neighborhood. Very short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed the warm pool and outdoor living space!! So many pools are not heated and it was cool while we were in Florida so we still got to enjoy the pool. I would recommend this home. Great home for the price!

Nice house in south Sarasota
We were three families in this house which was ok since we also could use the table by the pool. A good grocery store was also located nearby. From this base camp we did daily trips to different beaches surrounding Sarasota/Bradenton.

Newly renovated, nice accommodations
This house was very clean, spacious and nicely renovated. It has a very nice outdoor living space with lovely heated pool in enclosed lanai. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of towels and pool towels were provided. The yard is fenced in which was great for our pet. The house was in a central location in a modest residential neighbourhood...close to grocery stores, Starbucks and short drive to beach or golf course.

Perfect rental
My wife and I stayed here for nine days, ending Jan 24, 2020. The home is well equipped with everything you will need for a perfect vacation. Perfect for our canines with fenced in yard. The outdoor entertainment Area was great. The home was spotless. 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach, which is amazing. Would highly recommend this property. Booking was easy.
