I was here for a work trip with my colleagues for a few nights and Shannon was a great host. Easy check in, house was very clean and provided us with plenty of amenities. Next time I come back in town, I am reaching back out to Shannon!

The house is nice with lots of space for guests. Everything was clean when we arrived. Everything felt secure with alarm system and electronic locks for all entry doors. The owner is very responsive and nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place close to downtown with lots of space.

This property is GREAT for large groups, we had 7 coworkers and we all got our own room. Property is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The two primary bedrooms with attached bathroom is a nice bonus. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the World Congress Center or Mercedes stadium. Property manager was welcoming and responsive.

We loved our stay at this spot. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had 8 students and 2 adults— each adult had their own room and the teens all enjoyed their own beds. Most rooms had tvs in them, the game room was also a hit with the students! Ideal location near some great restaurants and all the local area colleges.

Great location close to everything house was clean and well kept. Owner was very responsive to all our needs . We were close to downtown and midtown, as well as AUC .

We stayed there for a volleyball tournament. We had really good luck since it was a quiet neighborhood. It was also pretty close to the convention center.

This house was simply amazing. It was stocked with all of our needs. Plus some. The area was quite and nice. The house was clean. We were there for cheer sport nationals and it was a quick drive to Down town. Lots of food places around. Looked scary at times but the people in the area were so sweet and made you feel so welcomed to the community. Thank you for any amazing stay! We can wait to comp back next year. We were a LARGE group and this property suited our needs perfectly. Loved the back porch adjoining to one of the primary suites. Parking was ample and location was exactly what we needed. We had some booking issues (on our end) and the hosts were patient and helpful. Thanks!

I have a friend group from all over the country and I have been the one to coordinate renting a house for us for many years to attend different cons (Blizzcon, Dragoncon, etc). I will say that this property rental was one of the best experiences that I've had. The owner's communication was super speedy, the listing was EXACTLY as described and the property was clean and well taken care of. If you've ever rented houses before, that's always a concern. It was our first trip to Atlanta as a group for Dragoncon. We had initially booked a different rental from a different owner which was horribly misrepresented and had many safety violations. We worked with VRBO's customer service to find a different property and this was the one we selected. I'm very glad we picked this one. Initially I was curious how it would work since it's a duplex. But the connecting door inside made all the difference. And having two kitchens was actually a big plus. We are already talking about going back next year and if we do, we hope stay here again. I think that speaks for itself.

This beautiful and clean home was perfect for our group of 17. Great location off the highway and 10-15 minute drive (with traffic) to all the attractions we wanted! Homeowners were responsive to questions and not overbearing! Definitely recommend!

I celebrated my my birthday all the way from Chicago . It was about 17 of us . Lots of accommodations . Everything such as stores , restaurants, bars within 8-15 mins away from this location.not too far from airport or downtown. I’ll be renting again . Love everything about the house .

Place was clean, big, and comfortable. Fit our group perfectly. Spacious common areas and very close to the areas we needed to get to. The owner was kind and patient and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We got there and the restrooms were dirty and smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned. The whole house had a weird smell. The neighborhood is convenient but a little sketchy. The wifi was not working at all. We did try to reset it and everything. I tried to do a little work one night and the wifi kept going on and off. Took forever for pages to load. No One could use the wifi

The owners were very good, house nice and clean and cozy. 8 ladies celebrating a 60th birthday. I would definitely reserve this house again

18 family members stayed here for 5 nights without any issues. It wasn’t clear at first that the property is a duplex, one unit upstairs and another downstairs. I wasn’t sure it would work, but it did. Close to a lot of attractions and plenty of parking. The neighbors had a loud party one night, which wasn’t great. But overall, a good experience.

Property was conveniently located to the heart of the city. Property manager provided more then enough alternative things to do while on our stay
