We were three families with 2 small kids and the house worked out great. The separation of rooms was appreciated by those without kids. A few things that were minor and didn't take away from our visit. We paid to have the pool heated, while the app the local contact used showed 85 degrees there was no way it was that warm. We were there during New Years and cold weather so I'm sure it was using a great deal of energy to get it as warm as it was. We figured it wasn't any warmer than 60-65. Most of us could only stand to be in the pool about 15-20 minutes. More of a disappointment for the kids than for us adults. The other minor thing was the high chair provided wasn't cleaned after the last use and was a bit of a downer to have to clean and disinfect prior to use. As mentioned none of those things took away from the good time we had in the house, from playing ping pong, cards, putt putt, cornhole, watching football, walks to see all the Christmas lights. We would stay there again!

The house worked out great. We enjoyed the variety of both indoor and outdoor games. The fire pit was also a big hit with our family of adults. The location worked for us fine. While there was not much within walking distance, most things (stores, dining, golf) were a short drive away. We would recommend this property and would stay there again should we return to Scottsdale.

Our family (4 adults and a toddler) from Canada, stayed at this gorgeous home for 2 weeks (there's plenty of room and beds for a much larger group also). It was super clean, completely stocked with everything, very very comfortable, and fun extras such as the poker room and pool and ping pong table. Outside is just as impressive. The yard had fun activities, plenty of different places to hang out, loved sitting at the "bar" while we BBQ'd, and the pool was fantastic. Was very happy to enjoy the pool every day, and some evenings! We wanted for absolutey nothing, it was such a wonderful experience. We've already discussed coming back for some relaxation and fun in the sun! This home is stunning, loved it all! Thanks so much. :-)

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for a 2 week getaway. It is completely outfitted inside and out. So many great seating areas outside, and the bbq station was really fun, loved to hang out on the bar stools with a cocktail while dinner was cooking. We were in the pool every single day (and some evenings) and sampled the mini golf and badminton. Inside is spacious and completely stocked with everything you'll need, plus the poker table, pool table and ping pong table were a fun extra! It is super clean and comfortable, such a beautiful home. We have already talked about returning....good times! Cheers!

House was great, everything you could need. Property had so much to offer we weren’t even able to utilize everything. If retuning to Scottsdale we would highly consider this property again!

Came down from Vancouver Canada on May long weekend for a golf trip. Fantastic property with all the amenities and details exactly as advertised. Management & concierge company was very responsive & friendly, would love to come back.

We were there for our daughter’s destination wedding. This home was perfect for our family’s accommodations. The open, well equipped home was great for gathering. The pool, outside kitchen and outside activities were such a wonderful addition to the stay. The home surpassed our expectations.

Modern. Clean. Bright. Pool was a hit with the kids. Celebrate d Easter in AZ roomy enough for all. Would do it again

We were 5 adults & 4 children. This was not only an excellent base for exploring the area, the kids also had a terrific time in the pool and with all the various activities. Nice functional and modern finishes. Airy/spacious layout.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location.

House was well equipped for every facet of our needs. Kitchen was great for preparing & serving large meals (who could argue with the Wolf and the sub zero refrig), bedding, towels, entertainment -- the complete package all exceptional. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook if the opportunity came up again. Only negative sentiments from the group were: > Several of the bedrooms lacked either sufficient air-flow or seemingly an over abundance of fan noise. > Outside trash bin was completely filled (and quite aromatic) upon check-in

The location is good to both Fashion Square and Kierland Quarter/Commons. The layout is nice for one or two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Property was clean and comfortable.

We loved everything about this house- the location was great, the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room! We enjoyed the outdoor sports including putting/golf, swimming and badminton. We also had lots of fun playing pool & ping pong indoors! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we may need. We also loved having the outside bbq and fire pit! Two families stayed and we enjoyed all the little touches. This home felt like our own mini resort. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time renting this home. This time there were even more upgrades than the last time. We love the updated tile in the bedrooms and the new furniture in living room. The TV outside in the barbecue area was a nice touch as well. We even enjoyed the new putt putt golf in backyard. The pool is clean and beautiful and was the perfect temperature. We loved the fire pit at night during our night swims. We had plenty of towels and linens the whole time the full-size washer and dryer make it really easy to keep everything clean. We will definitely be visit in this home again.

This property was better in person than in the pictures. Had a group of friends meet there for a relaxing time. Centrally located, great neighborhood and comfortable beds!

Very nice home for the three weeks that we were there. Lots of space, great kitchen, outdoor bar & grill, pool, etc. They had supplied us with all the things you need to get started everything from dish soap to paper products. Didn't have to shop for much of that.

The property is comfortable, fun, gorgeous and in a convenient location. Mostly, however, the service provided by our concierge Maureen, was superb. We did not have any significant problems but the one or two small things we had questions about were quickly and adequately addressed. Highly recommend!!!

The house was everything we were hoping for. We stayed for just under 2 weeks as a COVID temporary relocation from a colder / snowier home. The nano wall back doors were a huge plus, allowed everyone in the group to bring the outdoors in. Great location, close to dining, groceries, shopping. The turf area in the west side of he house was great work workouts. Property manager (Maureen) was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would recommend this house and the property manager to anyone.

Overall we enjoyed our 2-week stay at this Paradise Valley Village Home. We found the location to be very nice and centrally located to many of the places we wanted to hit. The home was clean and spacious for our group of 10 (2 families). The kitchen was nice and large and lots of great counter space...we made many of our meals at the home. The outdoor grill area was nice also. The pool was fun for the kids, although we had trouble thoughout the two weeks with the heat staying on and at temp, but we worked through that with the property manager. While we were there they had the outdoor firepit improved, and that was a great touch for the cool nights and allowed us to still hang out outdoors. We were able to make ourselves at home in this house for the Christmas/New Year holiday. We also really enjoyed the section of yard that was turf on the side lot...we had a couple of good beanbag tournaments out there as a group. There were a few items that were not in working order...some lights out in the main living room area, a toilet paper holder in the second master bathroom was coming off and we ended up just putting the toilet paper roll on the counter, the plastic shower curtain in the second master was kind of annoying...a cloth shower curtain would be so much better, little things like that that didn't ruin the stay by any means, just small annoyances when you stay for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our vacation in Arizona and this house was perfect for what we needed.

Nice property. Two of the bedrooms were great, the other two smaller bedrooms need some attention. A good place to start would be to place some lamps. The only light in the smaller bedrooms was from the ceiling fan.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing property. There was plenty to do with the pool, pool table, ping pong and the poker table. The kids always had something to do. The property is well maintained and has lots of room. The kitchen and BBQ are amazing! We cooked all week long. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to the Scottsdale area.

This house is amazing! So clean, comfortable and accommodating for all of us! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fabulous, we cooked the majority of our meals at the house. We loved how they made the formal living room and dining room into game areas, such a great use of space! The OUTSIDE patio and pool area..... the best! We will definitely be renting this place again.

My family and I are regular VRBO customers and I have to say this property exceeded any other property we have ever stayed at. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Maureen, one of the property managers. She was great and quickly acclimated is with the features in the house. The property is clean and welcoming. The pool was amazing and the neighborhood very quiet. We stayed for almost a week and encountered an incredibly friendly pool attendant as well. There are some pool toys in the master closet, we left a few as well. The beds are by far the most comfortable, we are very picky about bedding and were over the moon that we slept like we would in our own home. We ordered a couple times from Instacart, which arrived quickly given the central location of the property. The wine fridge and the huge separate ice maker was a great bonus. We will definitely be staying again.

The property is beautiful. Management company was readily available and very flexible. Would def rent again!
