Clean, good value, friendly staff.

Room was supposed to have a desk according to the website, but there was no desk; need to sit in bed.

The property was clean and tidy and set back from the road so it was nice and quiet. The staff were really helpful by printing off our evisa’s for Cambodia.

The property was an hour walk from the city Centre which would have been ok but there is not really any pavements to walk on (due to markets) so it’s a bit chaotic on the roads (with it being NYE also) We got our washing done here and some of our clothes were ruined with black marks all over the white/ light T-shirts. The staff didn’t charge us for the clothes being washed, but it was still a bit disappointing.

For 2-star accommodation, this facility is exceptional. The staff is extremely helpful. Very polite. The building has an elevator, rooms are with windows, air-conditioner runs cool, and sheets and beds are clean. Very comfortable. Motorbikes can be rented for about 4 US$/day (100,000 VND/day)

Nothing. We found that our fridge didn't work. Contacted the front desk and they quickly apologized and offered us another room immediately. The fridge ended up working after tinkering with the contact. We ended up not switching but it was nice to know that they were there for us had we needed them.

breakfast was not available, but plenty of cafes nearby. the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean, decent shower etc.
